22/7/2015 08:04 | Phowdo, you might like to read today's RNS. | ten bag man
22/7/2015 07:58 | Now its delisting and the plans to raise money are scuppered the grey market will no doubt be valuing these as sub Andrex grade paper... | phowdo
22/7/2015 07:58 | ELcapital - fair point, the levels of self delusion on the markets by some these days is astounding... | bumpa33
22/7/2015 07:57 | Bumpa Not worth the time to type to this moron. He is just another moron that wants to blame others for his poor investment decisions. | elcapital
22/7/2015 07:57 | Spread bet/CFD providers will mark this down to near zero on delist. | bumpa33
22/7/2015 07:55 | TBM - "through no fault of its own"?? Are you for real...!? | bumpa33
22/7/2015 07:51 | WINNIE,his shorting gang and The Fat Man,have now got what they think they wanted. GATE is to be de listed from AIM. (through no fault of its own, see today's RNS). The only tiny requirement left now is for those shorters to buy back the shorted shares. !!!! Unlike 99% of companies de listed from AIM, that depart AIM at their lows after shorting attacks, (producing massive profits for the shorters),GATE shares were trading at an all time high. £3.20P. | ten bag man
22/7/2015 07:36 | no doubt TBM will think this is fantastic news...?! | bumpa33
22/7/2015 07:35 | the curious case of Gate comes to an end, what a rather short and explosive life it had...! | bumpa33
22/7/2015 07:31 | Holders should get used to lack of information in a share they cant trade. Well done bulls, shot yourself in your own feet. No details of how the funds were raised and the terms. | elcapital
22/7/2015 07:22 | oh dear - bye bye Gate. | bumpa33
22/7/2015 06:52 | As I have said before....you are an idiot. I do not have a position here. Reflect as much as you like. I do understand how markets should work.......and this isnt the way | elcapital
21/7/2015 22:06 | Elcapital, have you been reflecting on your posts ? Far from being a moron, I just think you have followed others down a path (that you wish you had not.) !! | ten bag man
21/7/2015 21:23 | lots of morons on this thread | elcapital
21/7/2015 16:58 | One wonders if these smooth operators intend to make a film about their own whizzo enterprise? Wonderful cliff hanger and, grateful I'm watching from the side lines. | lefrene
21/7/2015 16:47 | Oh my God. Looks like the penny has dropped.!!! WINNIE, the Fat Man, the shorting gang, and the FT all seem to have got this company very wrong. | ten bag man
21/7/2015 13:48 | Not looking good for the shorts, even on delisting they will be buying back at over £3.00 :,could be a tenner.!!Bless. | ten bag man
21/7/2015 12:36 | to sell where. Looks very likely they will be delisted in two days time | elcapital
21/7/2015 12:24 | These so called option agreements could be 'cashback' transactions to IPO placees i.e. Mr Morrow's theatre producer friend invests £35k in the IPO on the condition he'd later get that back, dressed up as an option fee to fund a play or some such. As a result the producer friend got 350,000 free shares to be sold soon after IPO. and perhaps a couple of tv producer friends invested a combined £100k (1,000,000) on the condition they'd also get it back, dressed up as an option fee to buy part of their tv company, meaning their 1,000,000 shares were free. Gate's management would gain newsflow and maybe even a percentage of the proceeds. | bam bam rubble
21/7/2015 11:06 | Until the curtains are ready to be closed and the finale can be 'Winny loses his Woody' together with the rest of GATE longs. | alchemy30
21/7/2015 09:30 | or Winny plays with his Woody | katie priceless
21/7/2015 09:00 | Just a thought but if GATE's policy (alleged) is to buy into famous Western names why not a series provisionally entitled Winny opens the Gate. The first film would of course be Winny makes the Grade. The second would be Winny gets a Woody. And so on. As I say, just a thought. | simon cawkwell
21/7/2015 08:25 | They are "buying" into western names "Michael Grade", "Woody Allen" that they can use to entice naive chinese punters. Its also a means of distributing the remaining cash out of the business and into mates hands. | phowdo
21/7/2015 08:19 | Thir time is up any day now. | elcapital
21/7/2015 08:02 | Gentlemen, I think we ought to forget the absence of a Nomad where of course the problem of the undisclosed concert party persists and, instead, concentrate on the deal announced today. Gate has perhaps £3m cash and has decided to invest £100,000 in Infinity. There is a SIGNED (shock horror) Memorandum of Understanding. I remind readers that a MOU is not the same as a contract. There is no sign of the convertible loan stock issue and there is no sign of a quote. Otherwise, all is fine. Simon Cawkwell | simon cawkwell |
