The price is picking up again even after the RNS , nobodys convinced that there isn't more to this.

Outlook

With the sale of its aviation business completed in January of this year, GTE sees sales strengthening in 2011/2012 across its core businesses - the Industrial Business Unit's auxiliary products and the Industrial Gas Turbine division's combustion products. Growth in these core activities is expected to more than offset the loss of revenues resulting from the sale of aviation and, as announced on 29 December 2010, the loss of the outage service team. Aftermarket repairs and upgrades are expected to continue to grow, and demand to build for the Ecomax energy saving technology, as the economy recovers and energy prices continue to rise.

With several new combustion upgrade products now launched, longer term service agreements recently signed with leading independent power producers in the US and GTE continuing to expand and diversify its market base, the Board is confident about prospects for sales growth in 2011.

I think it is pretty obvious who has bought now. he same interested parties, I.E. the Note Holders. Now they don't need any other votes to delist and managed to get the shares for nothing. Sounds a likely scenario?

Statement re Share Price Movement



Further to recent share price movement, the Company announces that there have been no new developments since the Company announced on 1 March 2011 that it had entered into a restructuring agreement with its principal loan note holders.

Following the announcement, a circular was posted to shareholders setting out, amongst other things, the reasons for the restructuring and the reasons why the Directors consider this to be in the best interests of the Company, and its stakeholders as a whole, and why they are unanimously recommending that shareholders vote in favour of the resolutions to be proposed at the General Meeting to be held on 18 March 2011.

As stated in the announcement of 1 March 2011, if the proposed restructuring is completed, with a strengthened balance sheet, the Board believes the Company will be able to continue to explore strategic options including a sale of the Group while continuing to develop its business and operations.

HTT - looks like she is just developing the HTT brand - no mention of it changing to a resource stock.

Far better look at:

PLUS: CAMP (capped at £200k) - nice 1.2mln buy yesterday - could Bruce Rowan be interested, with it being a mining investment company

PLUS: INSP (capped at £500k) - update due this month on one of it's exploration investments which UKAnalyst suggest could be worth around £12mln to it.
