09/3/2011 16:27 | Seems...price getting stable...looks attractive opportunity even if delisted. The company valuation still 20000% above current mkt cap | gdasinv2
09/3/2011 15:56 | The Company will also delist from AIM and re-register as a private limited company as part of the proposed recapitalisation. To this end, the Company has requested the London Stock Exchange (subject to shareholder approval) to cancel admission to trading on AIM of its ordinary shares on 22 March 2011. | stephanie_m

09/3/2011 11:30 | Unable to pay the loan note holders on date due as it would sink the business. They accept debt for equity. Can't remain listed as it's MC is not sufficient to cover the loan notes conversion. However the business is improving and valued much much higher than the MC. Aviation sold for 17m accounted for 5m of a 40m turnover and was loss making. Delist and satisfy loan note holders that they own a chunck of the business which if sold will repay their investment with interest. After restructuring, debt free, loan note holders free and 12m in the bank from recent sale. A big for sale sign. Although delisted ordinary shareholders--rememb Will the business now go bust-No Will it have a good chance of improving-Yes, sales of 17m in first 2 months this year. Could it be bought out for more than 30m-Yes, on a price to sales basis the Aviation deal valued the rest of the business at about 80m-rough I know but it will not need to be a fire sale either. This is why loan note holders have accepted the terms. Good luck. | gerryjames
09/3/2011 11:30 | they need to issue rns on recent share price movement soon! | rocket fuel

09/3/2011 10:34 | Tried to buy to average down , unable to get any , odd for a company thats probably going to delist later in the month , IMO there may still be more to this story than meets the eye. | minky65
09/3/2011 10:30 | no re-list chance just called to GTE, they mentioned it will be dealt on their system in 2012 only. so good luck to all. | gdasinv2

04/3/2011 07:57 | 03-03-10 "The Company intends to make available a new matched bargain service. Under this facility, Ordinary Shareholders or persons wishing to acquire Ordinary Shares will be able to leave an indication that they are prepared to buy or sell at an agreed price. In the event that the order can be matched with an opposite sell or buy instruction, both parties would be contacted and then the order effected. Once the facility has been finalised, details will be made available to Ordinary Shareholders via the Companys website." So they propose to use their own Direct Market Access system to aquire their remaining stock. Could be interesting. At least the stock will still be in existance and I know it's an old cliche but if it ever relists Bla bla...... I've had much worse delisting terms. Good luck. | gerryjames

18/2/2011 14:36 | The Fatman may have to go on a diet. His portfolio is certainly going to be a lot leaner after this one bites the dust. Surprised he didn't manage to get Little Tommy Winkyflaps giving this one the big push on his websites | brando69 |
