Directorate Change


The Board of Gamingking plc announces the following directorate changes:

Nicholas Watkins has tendered his resignation as Chief Executive of Gamingking
plc with effect from the 31st October 2006 having expressed a keenness to pursue
other interests and opportunities. Brian Nichols will assume his
responsibilities.

Andrew Speak has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director with
immediate effect.

The board will, following these changes, comprise Douglas Yates (Chairman),
Brian Nichols (Chief Executive) and Guy van Zwanenberg (Finance Director) are in
advanced discussions with a new member of the board which they hope to announce
shortly.

You only have to consider the success of fixed odds betting terminals in bookies to see the potential here if they get the terminals off the ground.

You are correct, but they hold a lottery licence and are developing terminals to go into clubs and other venues. If you look at their figures, the turnover has doubled over the last 3 years to £5m and yet the share price has struggled. A good buy under 2p methinks. IMHO

Marine Boy A take over of this Company could be on the cards as you say they are no spring chichens. There must be a preditor out there looking for a good cash flow gaming company, and these guys would not turn down a good offer.This looks feasable.
