GAME Digital plc (the "Company"), announces that on 17 November 2016, the following Deferred Bonus Award ("Award") under the GAME Digital plc Performance Share Plan (the "PSP") was made to Pablo Crespo, a PDMR of the Company:

This Award has been granted under the PSP and represents the deferred element under the Company's Annual Bonus Scheme, following a bonus payment to Pablo Crespo in relation to the financial year ended 30 July 2016. Under the Annual Bonus Scheme, it is required that up to 50% of the bonus paid be deferred into shares for a period of three years. No further performance conditions are therefore attached to the Award.

The Award is structured as a nil cost option over ordinary shares of nominal value of GBP0.01 each and will ordinarily become exercisable for a three year period from the third anniversary of grant, subject to continued service. No consideration was paid for the grant of the Award.
