Grant of Share Options

Gama Aviation Plc (AIM: GMAA), one of the world's largest business aviation service providers, announces that options over a total of 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") were granted, at GBP1.55, on 9 August 2016.

The grant comprises an option over 200,000 Shares each to Kevin Godley, Chief Financial Officer and Stephen Wright, Executive Director, and options over 1,100,000 Shares, in aggregate, to other employees. Following this grant Kevin Godley's and Stephen Wright's interests in Shares are as follows:
