04/9/2016 14:29 | Great post on LSEToday 12:12 Price: 1.68RB-heath 6,168 postsGLRSome good progress made last week as the market begun to price in a fantastic RNS at the start of the week which saw GLR sell its Gabbs Asset for $2.5mil. For me that was the missing piece to an otherwise perfect company. I'd looked in depth at the company and liked the look of it all.-No Debt-Low Mcap-Good and very experienced BOD-Invested BOD and high institutional investement (own 70% in total)-Low Admin Expenses-A number of exciting projects-Exciting recent results (Concordia)-Active BOD/ Active news flowThe only thing GLR didn't have was the cash needed to progress. It was a case of get the Glenover deal done or get a placing off. Colin Bird did neither. Instead he sold off our Gabbs project rather unexpectedly and through mutual consent decided to terminate the agreement with Fer-Min-Ore to sell Glenover which both parties believe could hold significant value. Further test work is being planned for the mid term.So we have the cash and there was no need for dilution. IMO the market priced in the new cash position last week. Now we go to the next step of pricing in the vast potential of the projects GLR holds. Concordia for me is the biggie but Glenover could well be a dark horse and theirs a reason IMO why Colin Bird decided to keep the project and sell Gabbs instead while Fer-Min-Ore still want involvement. Colin likes to pull birds out of hats (hence the name) so perhaps we could expect news on our Ferber project which is in close proximity to the Long Canyon property, reported to host an estimated 2.2 million ounces of gold. Perhaps its this reason why Ferber is attracting the interest of a major USA mining company with a view to possible joint venture interest. To be honest I was happy with the gains last week and the market is rightly waking up to the potential here. However all my research notes point to much higher. Current mcap is 3.4mil which is peanuts and we wouldn't look at all out of place around a £6mil mcap IMO taking into account Concordia, Glenover and Ferber, not to mention Crow springs and Silverton (ORE is funding exploration here in an Earn-in Agreement). 3p is my current target on this and I get the feeling with shares tightly held that we won't have to wait around to long to get there. Share prices tend to go from one extreme to the other. We had extreme lows so we could well see extreme highs far beyond 3p but for now I think 3p or roughly 6mil mcap is a good target.Looking forward to the week ahead. GLA. | gkp heros
04/9/2016 14:20 | I tend to agree. If this was at a £10M market cap I would be getting nervous. But £3M cap, with £2M cash in the bank and seeking to sell surplus assets which should realise another £2-3M, plus very prospective remaining projects, seems way undervalued. Just my view anyway, no advice intended. | cyberbub
04/9/2016 11:12 | Demand looked strong Friday and very few slight dips/sells, which were subsequently bought and in good size, so I expect this to continue until sizeable sellers appear and they may not let shares go too easily now there is 1.2p cash versus 1.7p for the whole and no fear of placings. I noticed an afternoon shake attempt by mm's but no one fell for it, a huge buy came and they upped the bid even higher than pre shake bid price. It just feels like it's got many of the ingredients for further rises IMO. I'm going to hold on and would buy further on a dip if we got one. | nick rubens
04/9/2016 10:38 | Lack of funding is what kills these companies. This is now adequately funded for a while. Dont think there is profit taking in this one tomorrow, it's been so under the radar and still way undervalued that it can keep going as people get wind imo. | dmitribollokov
04/9/2016 10:26 | expect a lot of profit taking tomorrow missed this boat arr well | petebarnes1
04/9/2016 09:44 | Doughty9It's a pleasure and yes I spend a lot of time sifting through many stocks looking at fundamentals and chart info. GRL looks strong especially in light of the funds recently received.Keep an eye back on MAYA again. I predict another strong move north both as I believe the share buyback will kick in again shortly and the chart looks ready for a leg back above a £1 and in towards £1.2 - currently 77p. The move from 48.9 when I tipped it before was fast and went to over £1.10 in two weeks. There's been a nice pull back but massively undervalued, strong generation of cash and 44m shares in issue. Well done and good luck | jacobengel
04/9/2016 00:06 | Just remember gabbs was sold for £2 million quid, so what is Ferber worth?? close to pilot golds kinsley mountain. Pilot gold has found a carlin trend running through kinsley mountain. We have Ferber with 251 new claims. Newmont is a major miner in Nevada, they buy up all potential new plays. What could Ferber be worth? Even if it's another 2 million, and crow springs is worth 1 million. We have silverton JV with Oregen gold, we have our joint venture with glen over. We have 2 million quid+ in the bank and obviously Concordia that the management are going to concentrate on. So add all these together and what price would you put on our market cap???Answers on a postcard please!!! | gkp heros
03/9/2016 14:43 | Well done and thanks Jacob for the alert. You seem to have an eye for undervalued ones. Intended to get in Wednesday at 1.2p when you first alerted, but work got in the way and settled for 200K @ 1.35p on Thursday. More than satisfied even though its cost a bit more. | doughty9
03/9/2016 13:44 | Bought a cheeky 350k toe dip ~1.4p. It does look crazily cheap. Any others you have your eye on turbo? | dmitribollokov
03/9/2016 12:17 | Well done turbo, you called this one right. Rocket launcher Monday!!! | gkp heros

GLR is so undervalued it's madness.I see a 30% day looming and pushing towards the 2p figure - is this going to be tomorrow I wonder? | jacobengel

02/9/2016 14:15 | ok cheers JE must have missed that. | nick rubens
02/9/2016 14:06 | NickThat's not true. The sale was terminated jointly and instead they're entering a JV together - read the recent RNS | jacobengel
02/9/2016 13:50 | Glenover deal worth $4million dollars is still in the sale process too. It keeps getting extended but may conclude at anytime. | nick rubens
02/9/2016 13:42 | Plasbryn, possibly just a realisation that it's very undervalued given its assets, and not needing to raise money for probably 12 months unlike most junior miners? | cyberbub |
