cappagh,

"trying to make him look like a hero" is a bit of an exaggeration, but understandable from one of the biggest cry-babies on this bulletin board.

Judgement,

If you really want to learn from sreddy then I guess you should start by looking a little more closely - he is in fact a SHE !

to assume people you are 'talking' to here have not done as well as you say you have, does indeed show an arrogance of immence proportions.

personally, i hope you have made loads of money this year, let's face it, that's what we're all here for, but a little humility would not go amiss.

this 'game' we play will never be a 'mine's bigger than yours' contest. the extent of your wealth (or indeed poverty if that is the case) will have no bearing on judgement's, mine or any one else's. boasting of your accomplishments will serve no purpose other the to boost your own ego further.

that said - gotta go and try a make a few quid. good 'luck' today.

I think there's far too much mockery on this thread.

sreddy has made perfectly clear that he is an investment genius and deserves respect.

I, for one, would love to hear more of sreddy's exploits - they are fascinating reading. Perhaps if we listen carefully, we will be able to pick up some tips, so that one day we may be one tenth of the investor he is.

Actually, I hadn't got round to filtering you two yet.

HugePants,

I was, of course, referring to a correspondence school. Yet again you mock without understanding, being two steps behind, as usual.

Knopfler,

I find your penultimate paragraph somewhat pathetic and desperate.

With reference your last sentence - You wish. LOL!

You are both now definitely filtered. LOL! (The last laugh).

a 1000 apologies, you are somewhat correct, although i do fully understand the situation here, i did on this occasion reach the sum of 5 while trying my upmost to add two twos.

i believe it is now only right a proper that i be removed from this bb and flogged untill i learn to fully understand what i am talking about before i open my gob.

sadly, having filtered me you will not be witness to my most humiliating of public beatings.

it is equally sad that you attempt to convey you opinions by way of belittlement and ridicule of others who do not share your views. for one so accomlished in the art of share investing and trading (not to mention increadibly wealthy - by your own addmission) i would have thought a more reasoned and diplomatic approach would of been more gentlemanly and of greater benefit to the silent majority who read this riviting thread.

i can only conclude that money does not bring happiness afterall.

knopfler,

I don't think you have a clue what you're talking about. It is Sensesonic in receivership, not GAI, and that is pretty obvious from the announcement ("...that company...") and the fact that if GAI was in receivership it would have to have been announced immediately.

The announcement says that GAI received c. £400k for its investment in Sensesonic - which bit of that don't you understand? Did you learn your English from the same school as HugePants?

If that is the best analysis and interpretation you can come up with, I don't think I'll be wasting any time reading your future posts.

You and HugePants are now filtered.

2. The Company has, on 15 September 2003, received approximately #400,000 for
it's investment in Sensesonic Limited following the sale of various assets of
that company by it's administrative receiver. This investment in Sensesonic
Limited represented the Company's last remaining asset.

my take on the above is that they were 'disposed of by the recievers, hence sence-sonic being the 'last remaining asset'.

now whether they recieved any money for them or were sold for a nominal fee or even indeed if if cost galileo to get shut of them, is unclear.either way, they're gone

(let's see if someone connected to gai has acquired them - that would be interesting)

What happened to Fluid Conditioning Systems and Scientific Detectors Ltd.

They were supposed to be floating these as well as Sense Sonic.

You haven't got a clue what 'remotely objective' means. Mr K and myself have been very objective trying to work out what was happening, while prats like you were saying "They're all a bunch of crooks, they're stealing our money, it's gone bust, there is no hope for any recovery....etc., etc."

We were actually more right than you can even work out in your simplistic, cliche'-filled brain.

PS. I take it clever old you hasn't made £500k in these last 6 months. How could you not, there have been tens of opportunities to double, treble and 10 times your money in sequence? A bit slow off the mark were you? Or haven't you a clue what you're doing, or how to go about it? LOL! And you try and lecture others. Look at your own shortcomings - your log in name says all about your own insecurity and feelings of inadequacy.

PS. Your reference to you thinking you have hit a 'raw-nerve' just confirms your arrogance and inability to understand why people are laughing at you. You still think it is others who have the problem, not you. You did not hit a raw-nerve at all, you just made a stupid, unresearched, 'trying to be clever' comment, which was just hilarious and deserved its own ridicule.

Wow, reaction a bit OTT. I seem to have struck an incredibly raw nerve here.

My sarcastic comment was caused by both yours, and MrK's, complete inability to be even remotely objective with this share (or I guess with all shares you own). Even after suspension, and going concern issues, you were claiming a cash pile of 2M or so.

HugePants,

You are a moronic idiot to say such a thing. I have made £500,000 profit since March 2003 (Yes, five hundred thousand pounds sterling) on a £300,000 initial investment, despite writing off GAI. How much have you made?

I'm the one laughing (at the ridiculousness of your post and all the way to the bank). I think it is you who can't read plain English, and the sad thing is you don't even realise it yourself! LOL!

And you talk about my financial health. If you have done better than this in the last 6 months, then I will eat my words, but I doubt it, you obviously haven't got what it takes.

PS. Sorry, I just can't stop laughing. LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! What a pompous, arrogant fool you are to risk such a post. LOL!

PPS. LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! What a prat you are! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL!

Dear MrK and Sreddy

Just a thank you for the entertainment you pair have provided with this share over the last 12 months. Your inability to understand plain English doesn't augur well for your future financial health as regards share trading. cheers.

forgive the cyniscism but....my interpretation was that the 400k was it, and was called the cos last remaining asset, i.e. no mention of cash.

Swiftnick,

Have done well on PRM, LID, ASM, IQE, RGT, CSV, SEO, CRX. Now only holding PRM, CRX, CSV and MLS (and GAI!).

The only thing I will add is that at least GAI is not in receivership or liquidation, so there must be some hope.
