The court date was delayed yet again. Not the company's fault.

It really is astonishing.

Seemingly endless delays, the local government in Omagh are quite simply pathetic. Do they not care about hundreds of jobs that would be created?

I'm speechless.

The initial hearing should not have been alllwed to go over the allotted time in the first place.

Significant drop. Anyone left here? Hopefully it's mostly hot money moving on after the delay rather than anything more sinister.

I still have a small holding but looking to but back in before December's hearing.

On the RSP the MMS are bidding up for 100k at 9.25p which is a bit bizarre since that is the offered price from Peel! Any buy here would move the price I suspect although i guess it will be difficult to get more than 10k.

True Nobby, but it's all sentiment driven. GAL is still a binary punt until the judicial review is done & dusted.

I see I am talking to myself but the MMS are still bidding up for lots of stock. They want to buy 150k at 9.175p and there is only 25k offered at 9.25p. Therefore it seems to me another move north is imminent which suggests the judicial review extension has had little effect on market perception!

Net buys of about 80k this morning, which is healthy. Obviously it's a punt in the short term because of the judicial review this week but ultimately I suspect there is little risk because the worse possible outcome is just a further delay IMO.

So I was correct! A late 125k sell popped up but it shows the MMs were short as this didn't affect the price ( although it did affect the amount of shares on offer).
