I think as far as the company is concerned, its business as usual.

The fact that Parvizi (amongst others) is being investigated for allegedlly being part of an insider dealing ring is nothing to do with FGN itself.

The share price fall has been a total overreaction imo.

License agreements
Patents awarded
Development agreements

All with major players in Japan, China and USA. i.e Bayer.

Truly a global player in the making.

i have complained to aim regulation about the lack of clarity following press comment hopefully we will get an rns confirming that bid talks continue and that fgn is unaware of any investigation that concerns the company.

Looking at the chart and fundamentals a bid at 80ish would have been a bit of a shame I would have thought.

I also like the way CA are in the list of substantial shareholders.

too cheap at this level - and a bid on the cards at 80p too.

Someone is mopping them up at that price.
Could be time for the rise back up then.

i do not think the enquiry into parvizi and anderson is anything to do with fgn or their dealings in the shares [though it does appear parvizi purchased stock close to takeover talk disclosure],the city a.m. piece blew the connection up but the investigation will be into bigger situations and goes back to end 2007.

poplar trees.

Cotton plants with Bayer.

Chinese patent for food and non food drought tolerance.

Japanese patent for cell wall modification.

Chinese licensing agreement for Cotton.


Recent approach made at around 80p.

Now it turns out Inside traders knew about the potential bid and were buying in - FSA invesigation underway.

Maybe the insiders have had to sell today? but the share price has collapsed.

Should recover fast imo.

Hey, I bought these for 20p back end of 2008. Just after some massive buys at 10p. I since sold about 6months later 35/40p i think. Obviously kept my eye on them since then.
Whats the story with this then, can someone explain for new investors.

it is evoultions "trade of the decade" doesn't look like they are over keen right now!
