How many times have the FUM BOD yapped on about commercial sensitivity/sensitivities when it suits them? Didn’t the BOD previously disclose a lot more details on the Eroxon deal in Asia? Again when it suited them ahead of asking shareholders for more money. And that was yet another deal that also ultimately over time came to be nothing but ‘make believe’. With rights handed back by another partner with no launch and no real explanation from the BOD on why or what exactly happened with yet another partner again walking away from Eroxon. A product which supposedly shareholders are being repeatedly told has so much ‘potential’?

Total and complete capitulation it seems...

I wonder where Haleon are at with all this.

They have given this project a very high profile and will manage every risk for success - mindful that durex and the rest will jump at the chance to compete at a drop of a hat if they think there is a real market out there.

If I was Haleon I would take the following steps to manage risks:
Wait until sufficient air cover is in place with enough patents
Give no information out whatsoever on repeat purchasing - so no one can guess the market opportunity
Establish sufficient manufacturing scale in USA for go live
Get some follow up female products ready so it appears a product suite can be established rather than a one hit wonder
Give a sense go live is a long way off to form the impression for the oppo there is no rush to bring forward rival offerings

If that is the plan, FUM knows it will trash the share price as it has done so a payment has to be made to compensate near term...

This is my only way of understanding what is going on - if anyone else can see the wood from the trees better - happy days :)

Lots of probing on the call about what the 2024 sales will be like - they repeatedly said they did not provide a specific forecast number but to refer to the analysts. Well we have that analysts number now in a separate web link and the FD confirmed to a specific question that YTD they are in line with estimates.

I am not sure that anyone has really picked up on this at all yet.

Journalists who write that there is some sort of issue with the financials have not bothered to do any sort of homework at all sadly and makes them look rather silly. It was very clearly explained that the go live on Haleon is down to their timings and not FUM and we already have this money on deposit - lols :)

"we expect to receive further patent approval across other key ED markets during 2024"

Perhaps their agreement did not allow them to say this and I am wondering if Haleon asked FUM to prioritise the USA patent before launching - I imagine if they had not the numpties would be jumping up and down accusing them of being short sighted.

It is the single best thing about this whole release that they are getting patents in place before giving rivals any sense of what the sales budgets are to question how big the market opportunity and hoefully keep their edge - certainly what I would have done if running the firm :)

MDI will jump up and down as much as he likes but the single plank for his bear case that everyone can mimic the products is taken down :)

Well done, Z1CO! However, if you're looking for decent chat about your investment, might I recommend the LSE FUM chat board? You won't find anything here.

In the first part of our research, we were interested in exploring whether the pull of the rabbit hole would grow stronger or weaker once people had already viewed several videos. We had participants view either five different music videos or just one music video, and then we asked them if they’d rather watch another video or complete a work-related task. In theory, one might expect that people would get tired of watching music videos after watching five in a row, reducing their desire to watch more of them. But in fact, we found that the opposite was true: Watching five videos made people 10% more likely to choose to watch an additional music video than if they only watched one video.

Clearly, seemingly small details around the order and types of content we consume can have a major impact on our decision to keep consuming similar content. But what drives this effect? Prior research suggests that the three factors we identified all increase the accessibility of similar media. In this context, accessibility refers to how familiar, or top-of-mind, a given kind of content feels. When something feels more accessible, it becomes easier to process, leading us to anticipate that we will enjoy it more. In other words, people choose to continue down the rabbit hole because viewing related media “feels right” — even if it’s at odds with what they actually want to be doing, whether that’s getting work done or even just taking a break.

Probably the most relevant piece of research for this thread you will ever read....I will never ever post an FUM piece because it will most likely never be understood.

MDI ie Mentally Deficient Idiot, why don’t use FUM erection gel on your head to erect some of your brain dead cells?

To have to spend all day every day on a share your not invested in, must be a very sad life you must lead. No one to give a hug you crave for, which is probably the reason why you aren’t in need of Fum gel lol.

Dermsys is the base product and in the early days, FUM added a drug to dermasys for ED.

Unusally for the Phase III trail the authorities made FUM use dermasys as the plecebo. Normally they would have used another inert gel product

When the test was released it appeared that dermasys worked the same as with the added drug. Which was it worked in 60% of males. Hence why it appears that it was the same as a placebo

As they didn't need to use the added "drug" it allowed FUM to proceed down the current route without having to do any extra tests.

Although the FDA made FUM do some other testing on African Americans and that it worked over a period of time. From this test FUM also found that the longer they used the product the better the erection

just been doing some simple numbers here.
ED market globally in 2022 was $2.5Bn with US being the largest market. Asume FUM only sell in half the markets that is vaued at 1.25Bn. Assume 20% market share gives you $250Mn revenue at 58% margin = $145mn. FUM currently valued at approx $146Mn. Eyeo suggested 10 x the correct price sounds about right to be a ten bagger!
DYOR and good luck to all.
