18/10/2012 09:06 | Fusion IP reports earnings and looks forward "in confidence" David Baynes, CEO of Fusion IP (LON:FIP) tells Proactiveinvestors that it's had another good year, boosted in part by Fusion's first exit in SimCyp, but that the company is in a good position and has confidence in the year ahead and has the "potential for some interesting exits". David also says that he's still looking for a third university which remains a "key objective". | ceohunter

28/9/2012 09:48 | Clear presentation last night. A batch of successful investments, which seem to be gaining faster than the unsuccessful ones are losing. Winners mostly medical and/or software related. Apparently no shortage of good ideas to commercialise. Original 3 year exit time span has turned into maybe 5-7 years in these conditions, but the result is that the companies are more developed when they are sold. And of course happy to have had first exit, at a good multiple of investment, which shows it is possible. | sbs

The potential of the technology to increase the rate of screening by 100 fold and reduce the amount of material required by 1,000 fold is very exciting and clearly demonstrates that this technique could revolutionise drug discovery." | andrbea |
