There's only one director isn't there? PLCs require a minimum of 2. In fact can a PLC with only one director make any decisions? eg. Sell the land to his mates!

"If the Company fails to appoint a new Nominated adviser within one month, the
admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled by the
London Stock Exchange at 7.00 a.m. on 6 July 2009."

Looks like lights out in July.....unless a white knight in shining armour comes along

Looks like a tale of 2 possible stories;

1) Fei have been well and truly shafted
2) Total reorganisation...new directors new direction possible RTO.....

anybody with any info on this one (anybody remember the last late suspension...how long did that take to come back?)

I am quite surprised that FEI has not appointed administrators. Given that it is clearly insolvent (making me thing why the hell did I get involved in this dog of ahsre in the first place), surely this must mean that plans are afoot to refinance?

Results ? What results ? They have a pile of debt and a piece of land to sell in a colapsing market. There is no buisness here. The only results they have are the results of the darts contest in the pub.

Beware ramping eejits.
