Thanks for that will. I guess their half hearted attempt to sell the land means that they want to develop themselves later. But Amalgam have got permission for 74 flats and 14 houses not far away in Bogside Road, I wonder if they will put their land 'on hold'. Can Kilsyth take both developments in a year or so I wonder.

Just spoken to Michael Hill.

Kylsyth Land ...on hold in present climate...Clydesdale bank negotiating present loan terms.

Still seeking other ventures and possibly put out an RNS before final results in a months time.

According to his tone he sounded upbeat.

Give him a call he seemed genuine...but not to commital.

Amalgam Properties have applied for permission to build 74 flats and 14 townhouses north of bogside road, kilsyth. That's not far away from the FEI site. So people still think it's worth building in the area.

Well i've simply written all of my shares off long ago and won't even attempt to sell. My choice and a complete disaster.....however LSE should be notified about this company.
