What? Yes, I think he didn't understand what I had posted. I just assumed we're all experienced investors and know that you can't place stock at less than the face value. So, for working capital they are not likely to reorg the stock - eg. zyzygy placed at face value which was higher than the current price. It's not unusual, specially with aim being so low. Nor does it mean the share price will race upwards.
(I no longer have any zyz shares btw!).

You said, in post 1836

"will - he's having a little pop at me."

dalcon01 - I have no idea what you are talking about. I merely pointed out, quite rightly, that the face value of the shares are 0.1p. There are shareholders who own 20% if they allow a reorg of the stock to raise £400k then that will be 4bn shares issued at 0.01p. They would then own 4%.
So, in my view, that is not likely to happen. If Dr. Dimashki resigns as a director then maybe that will happen. Who knows. Just technical facts. No one has money to through away on P&D, certainly not on a long forgotten stock like this.

No pumping on advfn, what BB is that on? I thought P&D had died with the credit crunch anyway. I mean look at the great P&D stocks like mdx and prm, a dead loss.

will - he's having a little pop at me. oak have just reorganised their stock. To reorganise the stock would mean potential massive dilution for the large shareholders, so I don't think they would allow it - better if they raised the money themselves, either by a placing at 0.1p or a loan. Any takeover or RTO would have costs of £400k or more, which is more than the current market cap.

I would expect a placing for working capital before any RTO. They can't rely on the bank loan and it looks like they're putting the land on ice. A placing would have to be at 0.1p minimum, they wouldn't have an EGM to reorg the stock just to raise a few 100k.

It may help to have a look at which companies certain directors are currently involved with? ;-)

There are alot of microcaps which have been slaughtered, some with good potential such as GLN and PAA which have yet to recover. MAybe something is stirring here though.
