26/11/2008 22:35 | is there any hope or should we just take 0.01p and forget about it ?0.01 is better than 0.00p | catswhiskas
26/11/2008 22:26 | true say amo. but we've all taken a pummelling in the process...and got burnt | kampy
14/11/2008 12:10 | What? Yes, I think he didn't understand what I had posted. I just assumed we're all experienced investors and know that you can't place stock at less than the face value. So, for working capital they are not likely to reorg the stock - eg. zyzygy placed at face value which was higher than the current price. It's not unusual, specially with aim being so low. Nor does it mean the share price will race upwards. (I no longer have any zyz shares btw!). | godolphin
14/11/2008 11:59 | You said, in post 1836 "will - he's having a little pop at me." | dalcon01
14/11/2008 11:57 | dalcon01 - I have no idea what you are talking about. I merely pointed out, quite rightly, that the face value of the shares are 0.1p. There are shareholders who own 20% if they allow a reorg of the stock to raise £400k then that will be 4bn shares issued at 0.01p. They would then own 4%. So, in my view, that is not likely to happen. If Dr. Dimashki resigns as a director then maybe that will happen. Who knows. Just technical facts. No one has money to through away on P&D, certainly not on a long forgotten stock like this. | godolphin
14/11/2008 11:44 | godolphin - 14 Nov'08 - 08:59 - 1836 of 1840 will - he's having a little pop at me. Who is, and why? | dalcon01
14/11/2008 11:26 | No pumping on advfn, what BB is that on? I thought P&D had died with the credit crunch anyway. I mean look at the great P&D stocks like mdx and prm, a dead loss. | godolphin
14/11/2008 11:17 | Looks similar to one | will1734
14/11/2008 11:15 | Will1734, no-one is nibbling in my opinion, just a failed pump & dump...imho | barrywhit
14/11/2008 10:17 | Somebody nibbling again????? | will1734
14/11/2008 08:59 | will - he's having a little pop at me. oak have just reorganised their stock. To reorganise the stock would mean potential massive dilution for the large shareholders, so I don't think they would allow it - better if they raised the money themselves, either by a placing at 0.1p or a loan. Any takeover or RTO would have costs of £400k or more, which is more than the current market cap. | godolphin
14/11/2008 08:57 | The only connection i can see is the same finance director???? | dalcon01
14/11/2008 08:48 | Whats this Oak Holdings post all about then? Is it the mystery buyer/seller trying another route? | will1734
14/11/2008 08:46 | dalcon01 Yes..just checked on that...Looks like this punter tried to start a buying spree, followed by hike in price...(maybe a few more sheep and he would have succeded)then you know what!!! Back to square one... | will1734
14/11/2008 08:28 | Will1734 The same again today. 1,625,200 sold at a 1p loss, very strange? | dalcon01
14/11/2008 07:12 | Oak Holdings? dyor | 4wotitsworth
13/11/2008 09:26 | I see the 1,613,614 seller @.03 today... only bought the day before @ .03 ??????????loss 1 x Stamp Duty/2 x Commissions..why bother? | will1734
12/11/2008 16:59 | I would expect a placing for working capital before any RTO. They can't rely on the bank loan and it looks like they're putting the land on ice. A placing would have to be at 0.1p minimum, they wouldn't have an EGM to reorg the stock just to raise a few 100k. | godolphin
12/11/2008 16:55 | It may help to have a look at which companies certain directors are currently involved with? ;-) | 4wotitsworth
12/11/2008 16:44 | Yes,Your probably right,I reckon banks would have had them on the red carpet before now without reassurance of some kind,is this the reverse take over that been long overdue.? | will1734
12/11/2008 16:28 | There are alot of microcaps which have been slaughtered, some with good potential such as GLN and PAA which have yet to recover. MAybe something is stirring here though. | knowing
12/11/2008 16:26 | Another 687,167 @ 0.42 | diddy123
