Here's a couple of bits and pieces.

Search on kilsyth and you find a figure of £3.6m mentioned. It also mentions Young and Gault Architects. So go there.

Click portfolio, residential, Newton Street (they say road!!) and they talk about 76 (??) flats and a project cost of £6m.

Maybe a bit out of date but gives us an idea of what was being considered.

Maybe a predator will be buying the company....something must be happening as they are effectively bust.

Does anyone have a hot line to Dr Al-Dimashki? With his holding he effectively controls what will happen to FEI. Although the Directors think they can sell the land and stagger on, all the while hanging onto their jobs. Any predator with any sense would buy the Company and then develop the land. In my view the way to do this is quite straight forward and I would offer my services to Dr A on a profit share basis using share options.

MM's probably been too busy ripping every other PI off to bother with this.

Exit Thomson stage right. Arrange in an appropriate order the following:
Rat, Abandon, Sinking, Ship.

No, but naturally there will be a change of direction so an announcement wil come no doubt when they get around to it over the next couple of years or so!

Hopefully, the new guy will be a bit swifter with the news!!!

The word is that they are not going bust and a new director will be appointed shortly. Interesting to note that the price hasn't dropped since the chairman resigned so it may all be in the price.

However, with no income and a bank loan, land that they cannot etc then what is the new strategy?

Might as well take £400 for 2 million shares tomorrow if this is going bust 400 quid is 400 quid regardless .

I would say that it may well be prelude to insolvency as he was regarded as the mainstay however there is a slight chance that the middle eastern guy is behind this.

might be prelude to insolvency. Having lost 99% of my money if I try and sell now at 1p makes no difference really...

Dr. Al Dimashki has resigned from both MED and MEDS but is still a non exec here and Altek Power. Let's hope he has a cunning plan!
