Frontera Resources Corporation (AIM: FRR), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company (the "Company"), was notified on 26 July 2016 by Andrew J. Szescila, Director, of the purchase of 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
