Yes tickboo Zaza just like Dross doesn't give a toss about what he says in private or anywhere outside of an RNS. If you listen to the PR or chats with investors they could be talking about a completely different company.

To summarise:-

1) Clearly licensing problems under negotiations

2) Delays at Dino2 and T45 - will it every happen or will the "money" get spent elsewhere.

3) Despite saying its all about ramping up production now we now learn that they are entering a "study program" for the next 5 years determine if it is commercial. This is after telling everyone who would listen that it was commercial and declaring it so. Clearly the MoE didn't buy that at all which is not surprising given the miniscule levels of production to date.

4) Drowning in debt ($37M+) with no way to pay it off in 2020 - how does a study program pay off debt?

5) UD-2 its all gone quiet again. Where have we seen that before?

6) Zaza rather than new blood has just turned out as expected to be just as bad as Dross. He says one thing and a totally different thing happens.

If this was such bad news there wouldn’t be all the buying on the dip. The usual scaremongers hoping to make money shorting. Look at the buying since it dipped!!!

He clearly has told everyone that they are about to ramp up production and its a very exciting time. Now we find out they are entering a "study program" to determine if production is even feasible.


UD-2 is still undergoing "extensive testing". Funny they can't give more details though isn't it? It's clearly a dud.

Haven't sold, still holding with an average of 0.3. I'm going to the AGM and will ask some questions and make a call thereafter. Not a great RNS but I want more detail on ud-2. A director buy would be welcome!

I don't know where to start. This is devastating news for the bulls. The MoE have cleared told FRR that their "Notice of Feasibility of Commercial Production" was rubbish. Looks like they were mindful to take back the block and FRR have talked them into some sort of compromise "study phase" deal lasting 5 years!!!

What are the terms of this "study phase" exactly? How does this fit with what we've been told that exciting commercial production was about to start?

UD-2 hardly a mention. Have they perforated if not why not? What are the early results?

On Dino2 etc. been pushed back AGAIN which I'm afraid just looks like "we've spent the money".

The £3.5M raised (before costs) will be gone by the time they test anything at this rate. Don't forget FRR has such a big debt pile that the bonds cost them nearly that per annum although paid in PIK.

It is looking very much like Zaza has lied to folk through his teeth.

I can't see the difference between "have a study program for 5 years" and "extend the exploration license by 5 years". Nobody in their right mind except FRR would spend an additional 5 years exploring, especially after blowing $400m and failing for 20 years to find anything, without ensuring they had a corresponding lengthening of the production license. Today's announcement is really "FRR shareholders are to give the Georgian Govt. more money". Why invest in such a company? No wonder the Georgian Govt. agreed to the exploration license extension.

Bad news on Dino and a little concerning how ud-2 is barely mentioned but good it says extensive testing has started. Guess i should've expected delays with FRR.Great they can prove commerciality in 5 years and the block won't be taken before the 5 year period.
