01/11/2017 20:46 | But tickboo Zaza says all sorts of stuff. There may well be roll over clauses but at who's option? If it was that simple why did it not say so in the admission doc? I think given the history of FRR you are mad to just trust him on it. Have you seen the full PSA? Do you have a copy? Lastly if there are no issues why are Congress making threats? | loglorry1
01/11/2017 20:41 | Nah tickboo YA just bought a few atbthe close to close it above the vwap. It's all about balancing volume without killing the price. | loglorry1
01/11/2017 20:37 | I think YA have pressed their monthly allocation hence the rise in share price once they were cleared. Intraday RNS for me and 7am YA one. Catch the traders out. | tickboo
01/11/2017 20:36 | Log come to the AGM, I've no doubt Zaza will let you in. I've read the admission doc and PSA and it looks fine to me. I've also met Zaza 3 times and believe he's going to make FRR many multiplies of its current market cap hence Outrider rolled their CLNs over. This is from mole who's also met Zaza and read the said docs too.Twice I've written notes on this and not posted today but people keep bringing it back. I have asked question on 3 occasions and Zaza is consistent that it is not an issue. He has shown me sections of the PSA that clearly contradict alot of the speculation we engage in here. The notes in the aim document and cpr are partial and do not cover the breadth that is in the actual PSA which as you would expect is a larger document. The terms can roll over certainly up to 2027 with no problems. If I promise to ask on Friday yet again can we let it go and focus on something else. I notice this subject is the current favourite vector of attack on the company and the timing of the resurrection of the debate today just as the share was turning round today was noted by me. To be clear the company do not believe this is an issue and you will not find any public statements on the subject from the other party to the agreement either. | tickboo

01/11/2017 19:35 | 8.9m looks like a buy judging by the price ,the other 2 could be either imo.. | ccr1958
01/11/2017 19:26 | Any comments on last 3 trades. 2 sells and possibly 1 buy? | diva109
01/11/2017 19:21 | Strange US congressman (cross party) would stick their neck on the line unless they knew the assets were decent and commercial. Likewise, Zaza wouldn't throw £1m in FRR if the assets were going to be taken. Common sense. 2 plays fully funded and finally they may deliver decent revenue. | tickboo
01/11/2017 18:57 | Anyone elae think it's strange the date to which the PSC moves to production phase or is returns is almost to the day coinciding with expected UD2 results. Also strange that US Congressman have quoted FRR with days to go after many many years. | loglorry1
01/11/2017 18:53 | If the PSC is in danger there is no way they'll anounce that because it's game over. Again I doubt a deal can't be done. The block is either worthless because $400M and 20 years has been spent on it to no avail or FRR haven't properly tried. If the former they get to keep it but it's worthless if the latter then maybe they'll have it taken away or some sort of deal will be reached with shareholders asked to pony up to keep it. | loglorry1
01/11/2017 18:33 | Big turn today, dropped thru the placing price all gaps filled ...onwards imo !! | ccr1958
01/11/2017 18:12 | No panic at all, just incredulatuon that Frontera haven't been forced to announce this ...yet | bumpa33
01/11/2017 18:07 | I would think the Georgians are now quite well aware of how you can make an awful lot of money - on their patch - whilst achieving sod all and have someone else in mind to do something not dissimilar? | bumpa33
01/11/2017 17:57 | Bumpa under the terms if the PSC there must be certain targets that must be met to go from exploration to the production phase in a couple of weeks time. The details are on page 50 of the admission document but the exact criteria are not given. It could therefore be quite possible that the Georgian gov will take back all or some of the block. I'm not sure they would though if nobody else wants it. | loglorry1
01/11/2017 17:52 | Hmm - I don't think you go to those lengths if it wasn't something pretty bloody serious. The company should put out a soothing rns stating that Ted and Poe are just giving the Georgians a gentle nudge and everything is really hunky dory - that'll keep the bulls on track...! | bumpa33
01/11/2017 17:49 | Well you would think so Bumpa especially as Block 12 is FRRs only asset to speak of. Zaza's current line is everything is going splendidly with the government. Same old Frontera then? I can't imagine they won't get to keep the block but you never know. | loglorry1
01/11/2017 17:47 | Log - it could well be that the Georgians have simply had enough of the litany of failure from Frontera. | bumpa33
01/11/2017 17:45 | hence, the company isn't adhering to stock exchange rules, but then again they aren't going to be in a hurry to admit to something that would likely decimate the share price | bumpa33
01/11/2017 17:43 | Surely the need to lobby US congressman on your behalf over what can only be a dispute of some description constitutes "price sensitive info"?!! | bumpa33
01/11/2017 17:37 | Bumpa nobody really knows. The news was out Friday. The bears like me think it's to do with a spat between FRR annd the Ministty of Energy in Georgia over block 12. The bulls think it's a big positive that congress are sticking up for FRR and there must be something worth having on Block 12. The license changes from a development to production phase in 2 weeks if certain conditions are met. This might be what the spat is about. | loglorry1 |
