Am I correct in thinking that FLG get de-listed after being suspended for 6 months?

If so, suspension was 5th Dec - 6 months = Tuesday!!

SAGEM - I would expect an aquisition, share price consolidation and discounted placement at circa 100% more that the issue price for 'friends' of the management i.e. 0.02p/share equivalent.

However, that would be rule 13, they announced rule 15:
Miscellaneous Information (Rule 15)
An AIM company must notify the RIS without delay of the following:
• Any 'deals' by directors including, insofar as available, the information specified in Schedule 5 to the AIM Rules. A 'deal' includes, among other things, any change whatsoever to the holding of the company's AIM Securities in which the holder is a director or part of a director's family including any sale or purchase, or any agreement for the sale or purchase of such securities and off-market
deals. Schedule 5 to the AIM Rules sets out the information which should, if available, be provided to the RIS, which includes the identity of the director concerned, the price, amount and class of the
AIM Securities concerned and the nature of the transaction;
• Any changes to the holding of a significant shareholder (i.e. a three per cent. holder) that increases or decreases such holding through a single percentage;
• The resignation, dismissal or appointment of any director;
• Any change in its accounting reference date or registered office address;
• Any material change between its actual trading performance or financial condition and any profit forecast, estimate or projection included in its admission document or otherwise made public on its behalf;
• Any decision to make any payment in respect of its AIM Securities;
• The reason for the issue or cancellation of any AIM Securities; and
• The resignation, dismissal or appointment of its nominated adviser or broker.

Could be any of those issues above - with those issued stock at 0.01p/share sitting on a paper profit of 2500%, I'd hazard a guess one of the larger holders has dumped a load of stock to be worked through the market.

there are 2,129,422,500 shares in issue as of today equating to a market cap of £5.96m for a cash shell with cash assets of £200k...

At 0.02p/share (a 95% fall) the price mcap may be reasonable. Lets not forget the further £100k of warrants which at current price can be converted into £2.8m equity a 2700% paper profit.

...and further, any aquisition will require the further issue of stock at you've guessed it 0.01p....

All aboard the one way express

Hi Bethany

I think one source of confusion is that you are quoting £, when sp's are quoted in pence ...

Yes, you are right, there is a large spread - sometimes you will benefit by trading within the spread - it all depends on the liquidity of the stock, and which broker you use ...

sorry, paid 0.0032p when quoted 0.0025p - 0.00275p and only offered 0.0033p when quoted 0.0035p - 0.0042p, huge discrepancy! Virtually impossible 2 show any profit even with a 50% swing in your favour

duss what a pathetic post you sound like your head is stuck up your own....anyway...not unfortunte as have made me cash back at 400% gain and still have a good holding for free...

as you all keep sayign 0.01 and this is where further equity will be issued how do potts and co make their money......you put zero worth on the 200k....zero worth on potts and co and whatever games they will play....zero worth on the solar company to be rto.....etc etc etc etc etc ?

if i see 0.01 i will buy as many as i can get not saying to anyone buying at these levels its their decision BUT your talk of 0.01 is equally as stupid as a 1p share price....i think so anyway

I also think duss is a canny invester, but he makes mistakes as we all do

duss i just looked at the list of threads you have created.....say no more

So you should note, that I more than most here am aware exactly what affect dilutions etc have. I've invested in approx 100 AIM high risk stocks just like this one and I now have quite a good ability to predict how certain items of news will impact the share price in the medium term. I invest in many AIM stocks as you have to be in alot of co's to catch a few stars. Unfortunately for you, this star is falling for a while up until 4th Dec when it gets suspended.

Upon suspension being lifted it will drop to around 0.01p/share, which will most likely be the issue price of further equity
