Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Frenkel Topping Group plc (AIM: FEN) announces that on 20 October 2016, 100,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were exercised by an employee of the Company. The options exercised were granted under the terms of the Frenkel Topping Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("FTGEMI"), which had an exercise price of 0.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Accordingly, the Company has made application for 100,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and dealings are expected to commence on 25 October 2016 ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.

Following Admission, the Company's total issued and voting share capital will comprise of 76,990,683 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, securities of the Company.
