Frenkel Topping Group plc (AIM: FEN) announces that, Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, transferred 602,520 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55.25 pence per Ordinary Share to his SIPP.

Following the above transaction, Richard Fraser is beneficially interested in 2,004,361 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.55% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
