You will find more middle eastern investors parking cash in central London following Trumps actions in the US, also prices are discounted and you can still knock off 10-20% more for cash. Post Brexit London will end up like Singapore, plenty of positives going forward.

The London property market is likely to remain subdued while Brexit negotiations develop

Profit warning and this will be 60p

I wouldn't be holding this then

Exactly NY Boy, the negative stuff people keep spouting here about London property to justify some little vendetta they perhaps have against the system it functions in, ignoring the very simple facts of desirability and supply and demand that are almost unique to the capital. Or maybe it is a form of remoaning; they want to see things fail after Brexit. I personally think that London will become more of a haven after Brexit as Europe slowly weakens on many fronts and much of the world's moneyed middle classes seek to move money to London and the South East as part of their long term investment strategies.

The same doom mongers kept complaining about the bull market in just about everything, watching from the sidelines hoping things would crash, only to have to witness their shorts burn; or at best watch others sweep the board while their negativity ate up the little that was left of their investing souls.

Look at the metals, if one had listened to the doom mongers! Miners are up stratospherically and yes they will most probably keep going up, to even surpass their last all time highs. (For anyone interested in the sector check out ZIOC, one of my favourites for a big re-rate, it's already multi-bagged and has a lot to go still imo).

Buying interest according to my equity guy in the City is FOXT being viewed as attractive at current valuations and increased investment interest in London is expected from the Middle East.. Now the Trump is closing borders and becoming unfriendly to them. Also London ideally placed post Brexit,to become the new Singapore of the region.

No I don't think you move markets you prat but you certainly try to influence people's thinking according to you own position

Hence all your DERAMPING of the share until you bought it...at which time you changed tack to RAMPING it in order to influence others to buy

Like I say, you're pathetically transparent.
