29/5/2007 16:52 | very confident move. They obviously feel they have some spare cash, and want to return some value to the share price | pricemilne5
29/5/2007 07:35 | Good to see the company confident enough to be buying in its shares, particularly after one director top-sliced recently: "Pursuant to the requirements of LR 12.4.6, the Company announces that in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2007 it has purchased for cancellation, through Collins Stewart Europe Limited, 265,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each on 25 May 2007 at a price of 213 pence per share." | rivaldo
22/5/2007 11:42 | Nice chart - Breaking out of trading range | grigor
22/5/2007 08:17 | ...and there are those new highs. | rivaldo
21/5/2007 11:57 | Stretching out again - hopefully new highs a-coming. | rivaldo
16/5/2007 12:12 | Good AGM statement - nice that FOSE is ISAble :o)) Plenty of upside and could be a breakout given such positive tidings. Shame about the exchange rate, but the fundamentals are cheap so doesn't matter too much imo: "At today's AGM of Foseco plc, Chairman Danny Rosenkranz, gave the following update on trading: 'Following on from our second set of strong full year results that I reported in March, I am pleased to be able to report that overall trading for the current year maintains a positive momentum. Group sales for the first quarter to March 2007 of £105.9m were 1% ahead of Q1 2006 at reported exchange rates, or 7.5% after adjusting for the adverse impact of exchange rate movements. Our Foundry business has maintained its growth trend, particularly in Europe where demand from industrial customers is buoyant. In Steel, we have seen further growth, despite reduced steel production in North America, and we continue our investment in the development of the business.'" | rivaldo
12/5/2007 14:20 | Nice close above 210, share price should now move steadily up from here. | pricemilne5
12/5/2007 09:52 | Nice - from today's Times: "Foseco, which supplies consumables to the foundry and steelmaking industries, added 4½p to 212¼p on word that management had given an upbeat briefing to Evolution Securites." | rivaldo
11/5/2007 08:19 | Kudos to you grigor - that's two of us here then! Stretching out to new highs now despite the poor market today. Looks good. | rivaldo
10/5/2007 20:39 | In from shortly after the float Rivaldo - started the thread old chap! | grigor
10/5/2007 11:02 | Good to finally see someone else here grigor! New highs now, and the employee benefit trust is buying in shares like crazy. | rivaldo
09/5/2007 21:14 | Agree - Still seems cheap to me | grigor
09/5/2007 20:48 | An excellent close - looks like a new high. Once the market and the chartists latch on to new highs we could see a decent and quick re-rating towards the new 250p broker target. At 208p FOSE are on a forward P/E of just 12.3 and a current year P/E of 13.76 FOSE also go ex-div next Wednesday for a nice 3.41p divi. | rivaldo
17/4/2007 13:27 | Lloyds have top-sliced by 500k, but the price continues to spring up, even on a down day for the markets. | rivaldo
16/4/2007 09:07 | Approaching all-time highs now.... | rivaldo
10/4/2007 18:20 | Good to see the price holding over 200p. Plenty more ISAble gains to come if all goes well imo. | rivaldo

27/3/2007 12:45 | And again today. Approaching all-time highs now, but still 50p less than the broker target price of 250p. | rivaldo
