I think that some who are short here are panicking and trying to convince themselves they made the right choice, if the Fintech deal goes ahead you are going to have to close fast.

Fintech is the future the new dot.com boom big re-rating going to happen here along with the new expanding company 40% of shares in Bosglobal are not in the public hands they are targeting a 2+ £billion pound market

As the stock is already suspended not much can be done now but I for one am confident this will return in a new entity.

I doubt it. DJFT have already handed over A$200k to FTE to proceed with the deal. BOS Global want a listing to establish its name on an international stock exchange. It also has plans to have a presence in Europe and North America. It also requires access to capital markets if the Fintech market is as explosive as everybody says it is.

BOS is a Fintech company. What does it say for the management if they can't even complete an RTO into a bloody cash strapped AIM tiddler like FTE.

The RTO will go ahead and soon.

Most likely those who bought in at 0.04p in the last spike will see their money back and I would say perhaps enjoy a bag or two on top of that

So actually all in all FTE have been very honest about their developing plans and updates and lots were spouting the same rubbish here

They hoped for the cheapest entry but then they got left out and now we are suspended
Great things to come and glad I topped up on the dips

Tmmalik an egm could be arranged with the right notice given to approve the resolutions required, or it is possible an admission document could be published and again it opens for trading pending the resolutions passed.

Or it could be suspended for six months.
