25/9/2015 08:52 | If a few weeks ago someone had said 15p a share in the near term I would have said it was pie in the sky. However with profits to be substantially in excess of £3.5m in the 205 year and the current year off to a flying start with new contracts and Iverson Road to be disposed of prior to 31-8-16 I can quite see it being a reality. A further update when the 2015 results are relaesed would be helpful. | crescenter
25/9/2015 08:38 | iLeeman Never been a chartist but I like your interpretation of the chart indicating the next leg up will be to 15p! Now wouldn't that be nice. | mylands
24/9/2015 10:59 | NT to buy currently Longer term chart, once 10p breaks then a huge gap to 15p. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | ileeman
24/9/2015 10:52 | Yes....I doubt it matters what price you currently pay to be honest. 5 million profit next year is my guess but it might be higher. Iverson road is an area in London I know well. Worth a lot of money and completion early next year. | barnetpeter
24/9/2015 10:38 | Gearing up for a large move higher. breaking previous major resistance. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | ileeman
24/9/2015 10:12 | On the move! | mylands
24/9/2015 08:42 | Looks like the market is short. Bidding for 50k at 8.5p and up to 150k at 8.22p. Can only buy a max of 40k and 8.78pp | mylands
24/9/2015 08:36 | Crescenter. There was, first thing. Then the sellers came out and the mm's hit the price. Not enough follow-up buying to move it on upwards. In my book, the important thing is for each leg-up to be underpinned by buying support. I think after yesterday's trading update we will see the share price hold this level and move up with any hint of buying. There was only one thing missing for me from the update and that was any mention of future dividend payments. Small caps that pay nothing always trade at a discount. If the company is going to make in excess of £3 million, a div of 0.25p, is equal to a yield of about 3% and would cost the company £550k. Even at a tax rate of 21%, and I am pretty sure there are losses to set against any possible tax, that would leave £2.4 million, meaning a 0.25p div was covered 4 times. Just a little something for us long-suffering shareholders, not much to ask! | mylands
24/9/2015 07:54 | I thought there would have been a stronger response to the TU yesterday. | crescenter
23/9/2015 12:13 | are the mms trying to get cheap shares,i think so | tom111
23/9/2015 11:27 | Well done !! All these tiny stocks have risk but the rewards can often be massive. CLP is also loaded with property assets 8 times the share price right now. !! | ten bag man
23/9/2015 11:19 | Tara...NTA, OPF and now FRM Thanks | jamie62
23/9/2015 10:48 | mylands check the date range here on the charts it was in fact 40p ive just double checked | tom111
23/9/2015 10:33 | tom111 Never 40p. Got to 30p and then it was downhill all the way. Good little company grossly undervalued, but then that's often the case with minnows in my experience. Was hoping for 10p in a couple of years but after this trading update looks like it should be much sooner!! | mylands
23/9/2015 08:31 | not a good idea to sell this will go higher, way too cheap. This share price was 40p some years ago | tom111
23/9/2015 08:12 | On the strength of the figures the p/e is only about 6 share price should be about 18p mc only 20m | tom111

23/9/2015 07:58 | True usually but there is almost no stock in public hands here. So tough to buy and the price is often rock solid. | barnetpeter
23/9/2015 07:55 | The time to get in is not at the bell but after the inevitable retrace.Worst time is normally at the hell. Will be marked up substantially for mugs to pay over the odds ! | goodbloke1
23/9/2015 07:52 | Why? London is soaring and Camden prices to include Kentish Town iverson road are up a staggering amount. They made millions from a previous deal that was paid in full. | barnetpeter
23/9/2015 07:51 | Yeah thnx TBM. | p@
23/9/2015 07:50 | BP great, but sounds too good to be true. | p@
23/9/2015 07:50 | Tara your property tips have been spectacular after north acre and a previous one that sold out for 10 times. | barnetpeter
23/9/2015 07:46 | Yes if the 2 million loan is still owed and is to be repaid. It seems clear that the sales figures exceeded every expectation and Frm took on some of the risk limited as that was. | barnetpeter |
