This is looking good they only lent 2.4m out a short time ago and got 2m back already looks a good deal.If u look back on the chart 30p was hit 2007 Look back further it was 40p.The co is well off the radar at the moment which is good.Best be in here before the herd,Maybe pull of further deals

The Company is pleased to announce that it has now received the sum of GBP2 million as part of the profit share arrangement and this will be reinvested by Formation in future property developments.

A nice RNS this morning.

Clearly part of the £2m is profit and not just a return of the loan.

I believe that with the year end being on Monday we are being lined up for a stonking trading update.

Well I may as well jump on the plug bandwagon. Take a look at sres. Drilling started Monday in a historical high grade area. Sill market cap at present. Buys going on at 0.29p (0.26p) to sell so ignore the spread which will change as volume increases
