05/9/2007 08:56 | Some selling, but buying exceeded selling - two buys of 50,000 shares each over the last two days. Therefore, someone must know good news is iminent. | kenny
05/9/2007 08:20 | More selling yesterday, expect more as the results now approach 2 months overdue. | still waiting
03/9/2007 22:09 | Surprised more haven't followed you Tony, I'm wanting to top up in DDD but hadn't expected as a long a delay here. If they hadn't expressed above expectations twice now I'd been gone as well. Still hoping for a transforming corporate deal but patience is wearing thin. Best of luck all. | still waiting
03/9/2007 19:46 | Got rid of my 25K holding today at a slight loss. Good luck guys. | tonyx
03/9/2007 19:30 | Must admit this one is very poor in keeping to deadlines....three times I have been given dates for the results including the original RNS and they have not met one deadline. The results have to be out by the end of this month though or they will be suspended. To be honest they are too small to really benefit from the listing and clearly all the recent announcements probably just get in the way of normal business. Accounts are rather more important though so it would be nice if they could share them with us | davidosh
03/9/2007 15:59 | I contacted the co. last week requesting an update on accounts and any possible corporate action pending. Still no reply.. | still waiting
25/8/2007 15:00 | Another late RNS out advising on pension scheme holdings!! | still waiting
24/8/2007 10:15 | Could the change of adviser be due to them working on a company changing deal. Often happens that new advisers are used to work on reverse takeover situations etc. A 6 week delay in results is due to more than staff holidays, working on a deal to announce the same time??? The large sells a number of weeks ago that didn't effect the price leads me to believe certain holders have transferred stock to pension funds etc prior to a company transforming deal. | still waiting
20/8/2007 15:01 | Got through to Ireland's. The chap named in the RNS is on holiday but a young lady I was put through to said that there are no major issues with the results and the delay has been caused by someone involved with the audit being on an extended holiday. She said that the lack of results on the due date was something that they are aware of and have followed up and that they are expecting the results to be released within the next 10 days or so. Not much longer then... Hopefully. | thecornishman2
20/8/2007 13:50 | A step forward anyway, I still think something is happening in the background to cause this delay!!! | still waiting
20/8/2007 13:24 | And it has! Rule 26 compliance notice this morning and what I believe to be a (new) website to boot. Also notification of a change in broker to WH Ireland from Blue Oar. Not sure of what relevance that might be, but the notification gives a contact at Ireland's, so I may well give them a call this afternoon to ask about the results. Two notifications though and no comment re the figures. Seems strange to me. TC | thecornishman2
19/8/2007 22:46 | Agreed, but do they have previous form for this? I've been a holder for 18 months or so now and this is the first time I can remember when this kind of non-announcement has happened. I don't like it, but sometimes the ball does get dropped and I can live with that. I just wish that they'd inform the other shareholders as to what is going on. The longer the silence continues, the more sinister it seems. But obviously I would agree with your sentiment. If the management are finding it irksome to comply with AIM regulations then they should either buy the other shareholders out and take the company private or they should be replaced with some other directors who take compliance more seriously. I think there are some reasonable sized institutional holdings, so one would like to think they would be prodding the company in the right direction of compliance issues. Anyway, time will tell... | thecornishman2
19/8/2007 20:38 | If they don't want to abide to the AIM regs they should de-list. | still waiting
19/8/2007 19:40 | No Aim Rule 26 notice either. I understand the deadline for compliance is tomorrow, so maybe, just maybe, a RNS in the morning. Most of my other AIM holdings have announced compliance already, but then they have websites in place. The later the results get, the more nervous I become about them, although I hope I am wrong. Very best TC | thecornishman2
19/8/2007 19:21 | Results now 5 weeks overdue, a little bit more and they'll be able to announce the 6 months results as well. | still waiting
13/8/2007 09:55 | Even the mm's have lost interest in this stock, only one mm now offering prices. | still waiting
10/8/2007 12:45 | Not unless he's away to empty that offshore account ;-) | still waiting
09/8/2007 11:38 | I phoned the company yesterday and was told the managing director was on holiday until late next week. Can't immagine the company has run into any problems if the MD has gone on holiday. So the delay may just be with the audit or a pending deal or contract and good news. | kenny
08/8/2007 08:22 | More selling today whilst we await news. I phoned the co. yesterday but co. sec wasn't available, switchboard certainly sounded hectic, good or bad?? | still waiting
03/8/2007 08:04 | And still no sign of any results! | still waiting
31/7/2007 10:27 | S W, "They'd have to announce an approach!!!" Yes but they are not very good at announcemnets are they...;-) | tonyx
31/7/2007 07:45 | They'd have to announce an approach!!! Can't believe the target they set themselves has been missed by so much. The accounts should have been virtually signed off when they RNS'd the release date???? | still waiting |
