No news in the last month.

Lucky that fundraising was for immediate strategic opportunities (loads in Aus) and not salaries.

Seem to be able to use the java script editor on my clesh account (perhaps a testing deployment). Edited my first video on it. It works! A major style fantastic piece of work IMO. Lately I had issues with the Java applet audio on my linux machines (sync) but with the java script editor it works perfectly. Very exciting stuff.

Competition can do browser based editors but none I believe will be frame accurate nor, I imagine, to the level of sophistication the Forbidden video editing client is at. With the java script editor you're not getting a new editor, you're getting the same industrial strength editor the firm has spent over 10 years developing and improving (because of their transcoding model and the cheerpj layer).

Be good to introduce block chain technology to our platform.

Secure Video chain is an important feature.

I feel we are becoming a more US centric company at long last.

Perhaps not ready for a NASDAQ listing though!

Nothing stopping US investors buying FBT stock in London, more so with a weak pound

The cost of a NASDAQ listing is set out on their website:
FIXED FEE 301 500
VARIABLE FEE 302 per MCAP million
MAXIMUM FEE fixed and variable 854 250
SECONDARY LISTING 50% discount on the fixed, variable and maximum fee

All in US$

Could be a lot better value than London

... nobody in their right mind wants to have a tech company listed in London after March 29th. Today's fall in the £ is just a glimpse of what is coming.

I thought an FBT newsletter was mentioned...

Haven't seen that as yet? Blog, also seems under utilized at present..

Bonio

Agree totally, Half year figures will be available by now and if the bottom line shows great progress (ie mirrors revenue increase) then great news for investors.

An update on the sports pilot would not contravene any agreements over secrecy etc and again would show that the tech can be successfully integrated.

yawn....FBT have been wowing clients with their tech for years or decades even....not much to show for it.....the buffoonery continues until i see concrete evidence to the contrary

NickB,

Interview written by IM and published on an unknown website versus respected freelance journalist who will sell story to the highest bidder and possible syndicate the story.

Anyway..... I'm sure FT know what they're doing.

Very little success so far in getting really big US names. FBT is a UK company and that says it all in America. Understandable in the light of HPs experience.

Perhaps they should create a US parent company and list on NASDAQ. At least the technology would reflect its true worth.

Better to attract professional US tech investors not Sunday Times readers!

Cc,

I was working with the guy at the time but has since moved on from part-time lecturer in university college London and freelance journalist to extremely well paid media expert in Google. I can't see him being interested anymore...

I think IM might be more receptive. He knows the power of the media and stories in The Times are regularly picked up by leading papers overseas (they have provenance). It's worth a try, he can only say no and frankly what has he got to lose?
