11/7/2018 18:05 | At least Forbidden just posted this on Twitter: 1 month to go until our Blackbird team heads to Sydney for #ABE2018 ! Come visit us on Digistor stand no. 1. But where oh where did the Blackbird Twitter account go? | keystudio
11/7/2018 17:52 | Hey SSB, Reservoir dogs was good, blackbird is poised to be an abomination of epic proportions. A Dancelord pictures production!! | mcsean2164
11/7/2018 17:16 | With over 5m in the bank, it will be cowboy boots all round for new joiners! | geheimnis2
11/7/2018 17:04 | Oh man I can just imagine how bad that film is going to be. Irish reservoir dogs, I bet there will be a karate kid kick there somewhere. Yip rebranding coming, will have to issue new options too as it was all too stressful. | sideshowbull
11/7/2018 16:39 | FBT have not rebranded or raised funds for weeks now!! Could be both soon!! 😂😂 | paulcon1
11/7/2018 15:53 | Give an MD £5m and he will spend £5m. Give him £2m and he will spend £2m. If anything, FBT's history proves this. They have NEVER cut costs. With the money on the bank expect the spending to be ramped up. | bonio10000
11/7/2018 15:41 | Maybe they're rebranding again? Avoid association with the following source of ridicule. | mcsean2164
11/7/2018 13:04 | I wonder why the @BlackbirdCloud twitter account has been closed. | nickb
11/7/2018 12:49 | Or that matter - Windows Movie Maker!!! | geheimnis2
11/7/2018 12:41 | I think NickB said it best back in 2009: NickB - 04 Nov 2009 - 15:32:01 - 1232 of 1432 2008: world-leading capability in web-based video editing and publishing - FBT WD1 Could Forscene be modified to carry out Avid style editing ? Everything that Zipless says. But i would add, what would be the point, what would be achieved by making another Avid? You can buy the Avid software for $2500 or Final Cut Pro for $999 I really do not know how you can compete with those prices so why would a pro editor give up his Avid to use forscene what is in it for him? It seems the question still hasn't been answered. Blackbird.... edit on a flaky internet connection! Useful for people in the Outer Hebrides. | mcsean2164
11/7/2018 12:36 | With the tech giants you heve to make several presentations, not just be invited to one. FBT has to convince these guys that they dont just have the "here and now " but also the "there and beyond" capabilities...and THAT I think is Ian's task now if he is indeed going to get the deals on the US West Coast. One hopes that the BBC and the North American media company are giving the team vital feedback on what they feel the future needs will be ....but who sees the future? ...the end user or the provider ?? | pokerchips
11/7/2018 12:31 | Correct Nick, @BlackbirdCloud Twitter account is gone, just checked. | keystudio
11/7/2018 12:23 | @BlackbirdCloud This account doesn’t exist What happened to our Blackbird twitter account? Twitter fault? | nickb
11/7/2018 12:01 | July 12th 2017 'Forscene licensed to major North American media company Forbidden Technologies plc (AIM: FBT) is pleased to announce a paid for pilot for its Forscene video platform with a major North American broadcaster and sports rights holder. The Forscene cloud video platform will provide a virtualised workflow and remote collaborative access to producers, editors and clients, enabling them to view and create selections and rough cuts prior to a final editing process. In addition, Forscene will facilitate a rigorous shot logging process for the work groups. Perhaps some news on the progress of this pilot in next few days? GL | paulcon1
11/7/2018 10:58 | Paul The FBT website is poor for investors unless they understand what the proposal to the industry is. Some investors look backwards to measure success, that can work on traditional companies in mature markets but looking backwards with this type of investment is not going to give you much. It’s all about guessing / speculating the future but hey that’s what investors do and they do it bravely! Success looks more likely now than it ever has. (IMHO) Success will only be big, minor take up of our platform will end in failure. No one can ever be sure of the outcome so treat it as a speculative bet with very high returns if it comes off. | nickb
11/7/2018 10:33 | McSean... Hope all is good Couldn't agree more, there has been some wild predictions/speculat All the information about FBT is available on the website, not on BB's. GLM | paulcon1
11/7/2018 10:17 | IMHO, do your own research. Don't just do something because someone else is doing it. | mcsean2164
11/7/2018 07:33 | The success of the company will be customers adopting our technology platform not about AIM. Follow the money Directors buying, directors family buying, large shareholders buying. Stuffing their boots with shares you could say. | nickb
10/7/2018 22:42 | Chris. IM wouldn’t get his family involved unless he thought he could make a success of Blackbird. That alone is the reason I’ve never felt so relaxed about my investment. | cabi1
10/7/2018 19:02 | 😎😎 | geheimnis2
10/7/2018 17:39 | Chris good rant but no idea what it means. | nickb
10/7/2018 15:30 | It's all very good to spout positive sentiments but look at the real world. Today we have a reported trade at 3.01 for 30001 sold 5.37p for £1,611.05. Does any investor in this world sell or buy that quantity at that price? I don't believe it. I have had real doubts about the broker since they were appointed, I don't trust off market deals, I'm not even sure I trust the BoD. But exactly 30001 for exactly £1611.05; no I'm sorry real world investors don't do that. Round thousands for a big player, round cost numbers for the likes of me. But not those numbers. They must think PIIs are idiots. There have been no money specified deals for ages and we are supposed to believe that if £5M is spent all will come right. They have no track record for showing money spent produces the goods for investors. I'm sorry but until they do produce a real income producing contract even Miton won't convince me to invest more... and what I have is too much. | chriscallen |
