Convertible Loan Notes Final Redemption Date Extension
The Company is pleased to announce that the Company has agreed with Trevor Brown and Free Associations Books Limited ("FAB"), who are the holders of the outstanding GBP213,800 convertible loan notes issued pursuant to a loan note instrument dated 11 March 2015, to extend the final redemption date from 11 March 2018 to 11 March 2020.
In addition, the Company has agreed with FAB, the holder of the outstanding GBP100,000 of convertible loan notes issued pursuant to a loan note instrument dated 18 November 2015, to extend the final redemption date from 18 November 2018 to 18 November 2020.
Trevor Brown is a Director and 24.98% shareholder of Flying Brands and FAB is a company with which he is connected.
