At first read (see para's 2.6 & 2.7) looks like the killer for FLOW boilers.

I brought in just prior to the VAT ruling then sold on results day at a small loss.

I felt that after the results this would drop back to 15p and would not be surprised to see 10p again. My view is that the initial idea was for a new type of boiler system but the results indicated that there is now a change in strategy from the boiler system to an energy services company selling other companies boilers. Such a change in strategy would not be welcomed by the market and is now an even risky share on what appears on unknown/new business model.

They may do well but they are going to have to produce the numbers or this will continue to slide. With a cir £17m loss in 2015 and i believe a £25m loss forecast for 2016 the financials do not look good.

Hopefully more boilers can be installed during 2016 and actually provide some revenue and the energy business can keep increasing customers. But with such large losses they need another fundraising at point maybe 2017? Maybe an update at the AGM might provide some direction.

Any thoughts on what is going on here ? Gradual slip back recently on low volumes after initial results impact. Looks like higher volume today ... Someone selling ? Havent seen anything anywhere to suggest not on track. Usual chit chat on "LSE" but nothing of substance. Am back to where i bought in at which didnt expect but still holding on back of energy customer value and possible incremental med term value lift from boilers.

Did flow ever get confirmation that the boiler was vat free as it was classed renewable energy?

Cheers hopeful :)) i bought back in today, i figured share price had dropped enough as a sold just before the results came out as it had risen sharply. Still feel flow had a lot to offer and its only going to get better as time goes on :))

In the last webinar they stated that they have enough cash to see them through to profitability in 2018.

Almost back to where we started. Well done Stiff!! Next time try looking into the camera when doing the webcam. There is an old saying never trust someone who doesn't look you in the eye!! Know what I mean Mr Stiff. PS If by chance you do have another fund raise I won't be joining you. Feel I was conned the last time round.

1fox1, I am new here and Flow was and is my first stock (outside of pensions). I bought in back in April 2015. Hold a small 6 figure amount. I was excited when I bought in but now the excitement is turning into fear. I have too much top recover, so I do not want to sell. What are your thougts long term?

Cheers jscowi..... Yes I've heard it. Obvious to me the questions were well vetted and very neutral so as Stiff and his buddy could give glib answers. Wouldn't surprise me if the questions they fielded weren't thought up by themselves ha ha. I'm afraid he didn't convince me. The boiler production VAT related story is garbage. It's well known the boiler had technical issues before any VAT announcement. In typical Stiff fashion he used it as an excuse to mask other problems imo. I learnt too late unfortunately. Anyway I'm stuck with the rest if my holding for the foreseeable future. Good luck all holders. We're going to need it
