14/3/2016 09:38 | Notice new issue today Yu group energy supplier to SME market with less than 2000 customers. Now SME's maybe considered higher value than residential but there is a higher bad debt level normally and historically less willingness to move accounts ...due to credit refs...However look at the value placed!"Yu Group, meanwhile, will raise GBP10.0 million in total from its float, issuing GBP5.4 million shares at 185.00 pence per share. The gross proceeds to the company will be GBP7.5 million.Yu expects its market capitalisation upon admission to be around GBP26.0 million and expects dealings to start on Thursday. Shore Capital is acting as its nominated adviser and broker too.Yu supplies gas and electricity to small and medium-sized business customers in the UK."The funds being raised will enable us to accelerate our growth and provide an increasing number of SME's the energy they need at the right price and with the level of service that they deserve," said Bobby Kalar, Yu's chief executive." | kooba

02/3/2016 10:36 | Hey up! We are on the move. Perhaps Stiff has finally done something right. Big gap to fill if this is the case. | 1fox1
02/3/2016 10:26 | breaking out, could be a swift return to mid twenties | jscowi
01/3/2016 11:11 | 31191 shown as sale was a buy ... in for another £5k. Honestly think that this is going serious places with boiler the cream if takes off ... if not still way undervalued and well financed ... not a bad place to be. Go and look into this and make your own mind up ... and watch the video that was linked a few days ago. | meganxmas
01/3/2016 10:21 | i've just moved my energy to these guys , i see "scaleability" potential and worth a go imv, breakout thru current levels would look pretty positive, aimho | value viper
01/3/2016 08:02 | 50k new customers in 2 months, now that is pretty good going. Highlights how quickly things can change here. | jscowi
01/3/2016 07:49 | Smart application keeps them up with the big boys touting these things....never felt the need to tinker with my heating systems when out but others obviously do!!150,000 customers and obviously growing very strongly...another 50,000 in a few months? Not sure breakdown of single and dual utility customers but I think if one took £350 per customer as an average that would prove relatively conservativeDyor | kooba
01/3/2016 07:46 | blah blah, Massive upside in this share in 2016. If this growth continues the energy side itself will be worth in excess off 100K by year end. | hopefulalways
01/3/2016 07:30 | Buried away in today's announcement it says they have more than 150,000 energy customers - fantastic news, probably more significant than the product announcement. | blah blah
26/2/2016 12:06 | All good comment imhoIf they can get some niggle free chp's out there in the next few months then we may get a better idea of boiler roll out soon too..still the big upside but good to have the value fully augmented by the delivery side.Just got a new Worcester myself..lpg.. Not sure flow cover that yet! | kooba
26/2/2016 11:45 | Suspect they will lease required premises ... as long as energy cashflow covers costs initially of servicing the workload ... mainly employees ... should be fine. Think at some point you are right ... will float off and/ or sell energy business but with a long term tie in to enable cross selling of boiler products etc. Key will be getting seriously cash positive before use the balance sheet cash up to drive fwd boiler and battery businesses. On that ... tony stiff did mention in video that energy business was already cash positve ... taking into account the working capital benefits of the shell deal. Unfortunately dont need a new boiler ... just bought a worcestet combi for our 4 bed house last year !!!! | meganxmas
26/2/2016 11:30 | Megan...you don't want a buy a new energy efficient boiler do you??? | kooba
26/2/2016 11:28 | Well thank you the company is worth £500 more!!Company may have capacity constraints with several hundred thousand customers without quite a big capex spend but if the boiler gains some traction this year it's not impossible that flow energy floats off as a stand alone and raises required capital then..just a guess.Do seem undervalued on sum of the parts though. | kooba
26/2/2016 11:22 | I signed up as dual fuel customer 2 weeks ago ... thats what got me looking at this in 1st place. | meganxmas
26/2/2016 11:07 | Megan Correct..dual fuel customers could even be valued £500 + ..which recommendation no doubt helping drive new customers should be 120k already ? And well over 200k by end of year..so boiler business and cash maybe in for nothing?Invested. | kooba
26/2/2016 10:52 | Thanks jscowi ... have watched it and very interesting. Did some research afterwards.Future jewel in crown may be the chp boiler but the energy customers will generate near mid term value. Already over 100k customers and aiming for 1m ... the shell agreement makes the upfront finacing of these customers very achievable withoit utilising cash resources. Normally the industry values customers at circa £300 each ... do the maths if they get anywhere near 1m customers. Currently mkt cap is circa £45m and sitting on circa £16m cash after previous fund raising. So 100k customers is £30m and £16m cash = current mkt cap. Huge upside. I have bought £20,000 worth today. Dyor and Nai. | meganxmas
22/2/2016 20:38 | Worth a watch to get a feel where Flow are at and news flow to come. 2 USA companies looking at boiler, am sure this is the first time 2 companies have been mentioned. | jscowi |
