16/4/2008 06:55 | What a load of grumpy old gits you lot are. My gut tells me that this new management would not be opening one of their eateries in a prime central London location with an annual rent in excess of £120K if they hadn't sorted out their costs and margins. Don't shoot the messenger - but I have a suspicion all you shorts need to start closing your books soon. | longshanks
15/4/2008 23:03 | looks like this will be BATTERED to 2p next stop to me on the next profit warning???? Luke johnson tells a good JOHN DORY errr, Jackanory. time for this to go back into Davys locker. | hsbcpremier

15/4/2008 17:54 | A market value of £6m for a company forecast to make £200k is fairly fully priced, some would say. So what if Luke Johnson has other assets which could be reversed in, why should that be any good for Fishworks shareholders, rather than for Mr J ? When Greene King bought Loch Fyne, LF was already a successful business, with post-overhead EBITDA in its final year over £8m, earnings enhancing for GK in its first full year of ownership; that's what GK was paying for.... when FSH can rival some of these numbers, maybe it'll be worth a premium price, until then it just reads like a lot of ill-founded hot air and puffery. Six mill ? More like sick squid. | tiredoldbroker
15/4/2008 17:36 | If they make £200k this year, I'll eat my hat, or even worse eat a piece of Fishworks fish. | verulamium

28/3/2008 18:05 | This might have a plaice in my portfolio soon. I hope it won't turn out to be a red herring. My bream will come true if the fish jumps out of the frying pan and swims up the river for a new life of spawning and roe with net profits. Anyway, we will sea soon! | barn owl
28/3/2008 17:28 | You people can't see the minnows for all the whales I'm in on this one for a few squid. | longshanks
