Fishing Republic, the fishing tackle retailer, announces that on 6 December 2016 Steve Gross, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 60,606 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 33p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Gross is beneficially interested in 11,240,822 ordinary shares, representing 29.7 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
