Fishing Republic has been notified that Iain McDonald, who joins the Board of Directors with effect from today, as announced on 27 February 2017, has acquired a further 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 45.625p. Following the purchases, Iain McDonald is interested in 350,000 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 0.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
