Firestone Diamonds PLC (LON:FDI)‘s stock had its “buy” rating restated by investment analysts at share price Angel in a note issued to investors on Friday. They currently have a GBX 42.50 ($0.64) price objective on the stock. share price Angel’s price objective would suggest a potential upside of 31.78% from the company’s current price.

Yep, still watching...waiting.
I guess that being the wet summer season there they may have had some set backs with construction hence no news for 3 months - or else, all is on track so no need to update the shareholders?

Still here earnest. I am going to continue to hold. On another thread there was an attached article from Lucas Lindin saying that he is watching developments in Firestone. Who knows?

Anyone still alive here? Andy, what do you reckon, still too early to essay a toe in the water?

corrientes,

I wish she would write down the name of who is trying to sell them, I remember you telling us before.

I reckon they have a copy of an old shareholder list.

A friend of mine is being subjected to similar calls, website registered in Japan, non extistant company in China, fax number in HK, escrow payments to a Mexican bank!

CEO's email is a gmail account!

Well my wife got her annual phone call from some foreign company offering to buy her FDI shares at an outrageously high price, but which shares she must have sold at least seven years ago now. Absolutely fascinating how they can keep on doing this year after year, regular as clockwork so there has to be a glitch somewhere, but very good for a laugh.

Good to see that the team have listened to feedback from the AGM and have not only posted an update but will also include images in the website. I am certainly more positive about the team going forward.

I have booked the day off Andy so it is my intention to go. I was thinking the same re the share price I am hoping the AGM gives us a positive view on developments. This is a good opportunity to quiz the board on any doubts we may have.

Two weeks to go to the AGM, is anyone here planning to attend?

I am going unless something else crops up, so hope a few others go too.

The share price is starting to look a bit precipitous, I haven't read the accounts, was there anything negative there?

Just the same old rip off in that region, and if you don't know how the wheels are greased in that region, don't invest there. Good attempt buywell, never mind.

One would imagine that the existing government mining officials that granted licences and other things to mining companies have been replaced

The new guys will no doubt have some new ideas

Surely that is well known and priced in, its hardly new news? The political tension there and South Africa mustn't be ignored

Look at Page 11 - FDI is considered the 4th best option of providing share price value at 77%.

No good to my old terrible investment, but worth taking a look at if considering a new buy.
