First Interim Dividend 
 
The Board has declared a first interim dividend of 6.5 pence per share in 
respect of the year ending 31 March 2016 (first interim dividend for the year 
ended 31 March 2015 6.0p per share). Such dividend will be paid on 8 January 
2016 to shareholders on the register on 27 November 2015. The associated 
ex-dividend date is 26 November 2015.
