I have just read Michael Walters' latest report on Finn Aust posted last night. Two points stand out for me because I already believe in this company.

First he understands Finn Aust's shares were shorted and that part of the rise yesterday may have been caused by shorters closing. Well they chose the wrong company in my opinion.

Secondly your company Align would not pay a fee for a report that you were prepared to write. There is no alternative again in my opinion but to consider whether Mr Jennings (richie) your report would have been positive had you been offered a fee rather than negative. Perhaps we will never know.

Rampair - agreed save that I am not in favour of walls unless they are to prevent bombers and those who want to assault.

I agree with you although I think that Pituffik must come first; get that operating and the cash flow will enable the Disko and kangerluasak to be developed although I believe that Disco should come first.

But hang on. richie (Richard Jennings from Align) produced on Monday (see above) an article from that highly intellectual newspaper The Daily Express that a big freeze is coming. Well those of us who take a peek at newspaper stands will know that the Express is often printing front page stories describing how the weather in the UK is either going to be much hotter or colder than it ever is; the editorial is alarmist when it comes to weather forecasts.

But study who one of the experts consulted was - none other than Piers Corbyn the brother of the highly intelligent Mr Protest Jeremy Corbyn; says it all does it not.

I see the price crept up yesterday.

Interesting that FAM is holding up well recently, - the possibility of infrastructure projects that need TiO2 pigments for painting will encourage plants to stay open in the US.! We should lobby that the Wall is painted!

On a more serious note,
Hopefully before year end we will have more news on our studies ( Met Ocean, Environment, Dredging & JORC) plus the Possibility that if these are positive we can apply for exploitation.

It also gives the stronger possibilities for our Disko & kangerluasak projects becoming very much in focus especially if the US spends more on infrastructure. A couple of exciting projects yet to be priced into FAM imho.

Do Research this, it's a good company imho.

Mr Jennings - Thank you for clearing that up.

I take it that, unless you state otherwise, you are not shorting Finn Aust either directly or indirectly and likewise that you have no position in the stock either directly or indirectly.

Since you have a good idea about who I am, there is no need for me to disclose my identity on this board to all and sundry who do not know who I am.

Snowy - I have a good idea who you are. Unmask yourself, go on show some courage.

And while I'm at it - why do you believe you have the right to pose questions to me? Am tempted to put you back on filter.

Mr Jennings - that is the first time not the last time, as you put it, that you have answered whether you have a position. But you have answered it in the past.

I did not ask you whether you HAD a position. Yes if you HAD a position when you wrote and released that note you should have been obliged to disclose the position.

But you have not answered my question which puzzles me. You have suggested that you thought that maccamcd was selling today; you mention that "this is likely to pressure his margin". I find that an odd statement.

Is the fact that you have not answered my question in the present tense and only answered it in the past tense a result of you in fact shorting Finn Aust stock since you wrote and released the article?

Are you shorting Finn Aust and in order to protect your margins you come onto the bulletin boards both here and on London South East to trash the stock in order to support a short position?

There were three peculiar AT sell trades all at the same time this morning each in 50,000 shares. Were you involved in any or all of those?

Again I ask, do you have a position in Finn Aust shares and given your ambiguous response I add either directly or indirectly?

richie66 - now Mr Richard Jennings: you trash Finn Aust with your purported expertise as the founder and head of Align Research for whom you prepare and release a note recommending a target price of 25 pence just under two months ago for Management Resource Solutions (MRS)and yesterday there is an RNS suspending the shares of MRS.

But what is one of the main activities of MRS? "Niche provider of skilled personnel and project management" and what was one of the announcements by MRS yesterday when the shares were suspended at 15 pence against your target price of 25 pence? Answer the ceo stepped down. Yes the ceo stepped down from a company which is a niche provider of skilled personnel. One could not make this up.

And you Mr Jennings have the audacity to tell me and other investors that I am invested in a company, namely Finn Aust, which, according to you, who has the pearls of wisdom to promote MRS, is over valued.

Do please review your own credibility; although you suggested in a post on this thread yesterday that sutittrev and I get in touch with you for a meet with you when you are next in London on 8th November, I for one have no intention, let alone of getting in touch with you, of meeting you.

But what is more you have still not answered a question posed by both sutittrev and then by myself yesterday which is: have you got a position in the shares of Finn Aust??? Come on now Mr Jennings - come clean. Have you got a position in the shares of Finn Aust.

I will be adding to my Finn Aust stockholding on Monday. I am a contrarian of.......

yes, it's not been given much oxygen here! I do like the idea of being offered
cheaper shares though, allows new shareholders an entry into a great project.

I liked the one about it being cold in the Arctic winter! Really..apparently it gets dark too.

Could anyone confirm that MRS was subject to a Conviction Buy note from Align Research? I think it was 13th Sept?

If it was recommended then this tip has hit a problem,
