14/9/2016 06:22 | Snowy - wih respect your diatribe above means nothing to me. FAM ARE way overvalued for the stage the company is at. We have done a lot of work on FAM and management background and I know "Macca" from many years - he does ZERO research and due to his laziness blindly trusts others. Re the RNS this morn which Mcillree again demonstrates an amazing capacity for PR puffery - turning a mundane licence appln into more spin, he does point out 3 elements - the co does not have the exploitation licence yet, the SIA may have negative impacts re the resource exploitation and finally infrastructure needs putting in place - with prob less than £800k on the balance sheet that means one thing - DILUTION (of either equity or resource stake). Good day. | richie666
13/9/2016 19:33 | Richie666 - your continuous barrage aimed at maccamcd is frankly boring. In my view Rod Mcillree may be in difficulty discussing company affairs with you for one of three reasons although there may be more: 1. He cannot discuss matters with you which should be the subject to disclosure to the market; there are rules if you did not know. 2. I anticipate that there will be a JORC compliant resource statement released in the foreseeable future. The clues for that are within matters which are in the public domain. 3. Members of the FAM board or associates may read this thread and see you as a troublemaker. In addition I note that: 4. I have recently sold a sizeable interest in SRX about which you have been prattling on about and I do not recognise you as being a shareholder who has posted on the advfn SRX thread; given that you are such a boring and verbose poster on here I consider that if you are or were a SRX shareholder you are bound to have posted on the SRX thread; you have not. 5. I have seen and read a broker's note in relation to another company which note you should be able to find if you expect maccamcd to ascertain answers to matters in relation to SRX in which I do not believe that he was a shareholder for the same reasons as relate to you. That note gave the comparable PE for SRX for 2016 as 9.10. I personally believe that the PE for 2017 with Gangama open and productive for the whole year could be as low as 3. I believe that the SRX forthcoming unaudited H1 results which are already late compared to earlier years could make interesting reading as will the third quarter's results especially since the SRX board including members of the Pala board are obligated to be frank with the market. 6. Despite that facts relevant to Finn Aust are available and thus in the public domain which can be derived from the recent RNSs of Finn Aust, you do not seem to have a clue what the company may have planned. I hope the above is helpful. FWIIW I am a shareholder in Finn Aust, having been a holder in SRX (although I still have some SRX stock in a SIPP). | snowyflake
13/9/2016 08:04 | What was the EV:EBITDA exit multiple of SRX Mark? I'm waiting. | richie666
12/9/2016 14:28 | What was the EV:EBITDA exit multiple of SRX Mark? I'm waiting. | richie666
12/9/2016 13:46 | U tell me - what was the EV:EBITDA multiple of SRX. Go on... FAM don't have a JORC estimate yet, nor a pathway to finance build out of operations and don't say Western Areas will step up - where were they in last financing rounds? How u think u can compare to SRX without the facts is beyond me, unless u are inside...? Where is the meet with Mcillree - you wanna silence me then fix it and let me pose the hard questions and see how he answers... | richie666
12/9/2016 13:40 | £50m for a world class, high grade... long dated mine life is CHEAP is it not!? what market cap did SRX get bid at? | maccamcd
12/9/2016 12:49 | RichieFair enufBut he will put people in and get shares up and then deriskAs I said I can see these 7 to 8pThen back to 5p | patviera
12/9/2016 12:30 | Pat - like I said he needs to get out first. First lesson in the markets - a profit on paper is just that, yet a loss on paper is a real one. Near £50m market cap (fully diluted), no JORC estimate yet. Madness. Incidentally, he never came back to me re meeting Mcillree. Unsurprisingly. | richie666 |
