02/7/2008 13:35 | HugePants, shame nobody here posted on the SDOO thread (and no LINV thread before the name change) to say they'd bought at the 1.5p level; still, I'm sure we all accept your statement that you had a worthwhile holding. But that doesn't affect my point, that the outcome was to shaft the average punter. | tiredoldbroker
02/7/2008 13:25 | no, sorry, there won't be. Contact the company direct, or your broker, for info on what is happening and the value of your stock. Or alternatively speak to chancer6, that way your stock will be worth at " 1.5p IMHO". All the clouds will be fluffy pillows too. | seanmiller
02/7/2008 13:19 | Will there still be future updates on the FPS ticker?. | lord santafe
02/7/2008 12:11 | tiredoldbroker SDOO was a success for the investors who bought at the low point before delisting. | hugepants
02/7/2008 10:51 | And there, in a nutshell, you have the problem with Cancer6's approach to investing: he/she/it will pretend none of their previous posts, saying the results would be out, the quote restored, and the share price rocket, ever took place; ignore the inconvenient truth; ignore the collapse in a share price caused by the announcement of delisting; ignore the management who've lead the delisting then profiting at the expense of private investors; and call it a good post, or a success. | tiredoldbroker
02/7/2008 10:48 | aw chancer. incy little post there from you eh! packing it now aren't you lol good to see a true novice at work - shows everyone how to lose money. The best invetsment strategy is when you see chancer6 invest in a stock, simply don't invest in it. That way you won't be invested in companies that constantly go bust, bomb and are generally stuffed. | seanmiller
02/7/2008 10:45 | Good post HugePants. | chancer6
02/7/2008 10:03 | But HugePants, in what way was that a success for the average private investor ? In the days before cancelling the AIM quote, they drove the price down from over 8p to 1.5p, and after the land sale they had 8p per share in cash - and you're calling a 5p buy-out a success ? Likewise, the probability is that FPS holders will get shafted, and the point is, Cancer6 the cancerstick has ramped dud stock after dud stock, and tells a pack of lies every time in an attempt to snag a few hundred quid profit before the roof caves in. | tiredoldbroker
02/7/2008 09:39 | Calm down. Because the share have delisted doesnt mean it has ceased to exit. An experienced non exec director was appointed just before delisting. Im expecting some action in the next few months that realises the value here. Your broker will keep you up to date. I just got a message from my broker saying my SDOO shares were being bought by the management for 5p each. They delisted 2 months ago at 1.5p. | hugepants
02/7/2008 09:32 | chancer!!!!!!!!!!!!! where are you rofl where's your "1.5p minimum IMO" as I said throughout, you are a mug punter, and a top top novice at investing. FPS down the swan, they have your cash lol. No postings today Mr Railway lol | seanmiller
02/7/2008 08:08 | I thought I'd check the situation with the LSE, and I've had the following email back today: "Dear [Tiredoldbroker] Thank you for your e-mail. Please note that the above company has now been cancelled from AIM with effect from 7am 1 July 2008. May we refer you to the following web link, through which you can access the relevant AIM Notice (437) - RNS number 9106X - disseminated via RNS: It is hoped that the above is of assistance. Kind regards AIM Regulation" So yet again, Cancer6 is shown to have been posting nonsense, and I'd even suggest that within a day or two, "Lord" Santafe will have re-written history, and will be posting that FPS was always rubbish a nd always going to be a disaster, and how glad he is not to have invested in it. Cancer6, time for you to give up on share ramping, your touch is like a contagious disease ! | tiredoldbroker
01/7/2008 21:06 | chancer????????????? | seanmiller
01/7/2008 19:08 | lol ,she is busking her little heart out on paddington train station ,ps tob its whistling in the wind ,and she has spouted alot of that (wind)over the last 6 months and lost a packet | iantc
01/7/2008 18:37 | lol, where is chancer6!!!!!!!!!!!! | seanmiller
01/7/2008 16:36 | They put out an RNS on 19 June which said "If by 30 June no reassurances have been given with respect to the stability of the Board composition and the Company has failed to appoint a Nominated Adviser, the Admission of its AIM securities will be cancelled". Maybe they reckon that is clear enough, particularly as the quote has been suspended since 19 May. Of course, certain people continued to spout nonsense about the accounts being out by 30 June (didn't happen) and dealings being restored by the same date (didn't happen); I think that is called 'whistling in the dark'. | tiredoldbroker
01/7/2008 14:18 | You have to watch out Stephen for devious posters on this site spouting all those lyes ! | 8trader
01/7/2008 14:08 | We await the RNS then, confirming the de-listing! | double6
01/7/2008 12:55 | Just tryed to re-add FPS to my watch list and ADVFN saids delisted, unavailable. That is complete lyes, since they still show up on the quote screen, and it is against rules to delist with no RNS. | lord santafe
01/7/2008 12:19 | Why is FPS not showing on the stockwatch mointers today?. It only shows when you go to quote. | lord santafe
01/7/2008 07:51 | There should be an RNS this morning stating shares now worth £200 each. | lqs
30/6/2008 19:20 | lol, maybe they have won the lottery and put all the cash into shareholder funds, meaning each share is now worth 5p - 6p minimum. Or perhaps the shares have been picked up by an outside investor for 15p each IMO, surely that is what has happened here. Surely. RNS tomorrow stating each share is worth 20p minimum IMHO. easily worth that!!! | seanmiller
30/6/2008 18:12 | Maybe some kind of RNS tomorrow morning. Surely the company can't just gobble up the 1.50 million pounds cash. | chancer6
30/6/2008 18:10 | No RNS today so there must be something really good happening. Otherwise it would of been a simple RNS saying delisted. | lord santafe
30/6/2008 14:44 | I thought once it has gone past the date, they dont always delist straight away. Hopefully the RNS will be after close today. | lord santafe |
