I think the company delisting this week is the most likley outcome.
Then its a matter of seeing whether Ann Ong Lay wants to wind up company and return cash

Two Options of either distribute 1.50p per share to all shareholders or come back from suspension with a new NOMAD. Finals have to also be out by end of June and should show the cash position at around 1.50p...I think the long wait will be well worth it. RTO interest after will put the price well over 2p imo. Also, with 2 new major shareholders during May...I think the free float is only around 10 million shares now.

The company update should be today or very soon. I guess it would be illegal for them to just keep the money and to do nothing with it until they have nothing left.

Deadline for a new NOMAD is next Tuesday and I think the suspension should get lifted this week with a new NOMAD. Will be around 1.50 million cash which equates to around 1.50p after cash burn and imo likely to end up as a very rich cash shell with a new business being reversed into. Will be interesting to see if Mr Gourlay and Mr FitzSimmons who bought a fair few million shares between them buy more.

LOL city equities were trying to get me to buy some of these.. I told them they were useless.. appears i was right.. best to stay away from that broker, every share they have tried to palm off to me has gone sour

Right again that there was another large buyer as well as Doug Gourlay..

In addition, the Company was notified on 15 May 2008 that the P A FitzSimons SIPP,
following a recent acquisition, is interested in 3.55
million ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company which represents approximately 3.9 per cent
of the Company's issued share capital.
