You can just imagine the hassle that chancer has gave these people
today, probably forced to speak to her just to get rid of here.

Is there any point to all of this when it's suspended, it wont make
any difference at all what you say on this thread.

Just spoken to Mr Malcolm Williams again and has confirmed that the cash is there. He's not aware of what will happen now as he has been removed from his position today and all the communication will come from the only person left on the board in China. He agreed that the best thing to happen now would be to return all the cash to shareholders as he is a shareholder as well. IMO I am very hopeful of getting minimum 1.10p as that is the cash after cash burn and even without the 700K in the joint venture is not included. He's going to SMS me a contact number for the remaining board member.

she is probably feeling very exposed and nervous imo

I only ever had one company go bust on me, called Independant Energy Holdings, back in 2000ish. Nasty feeling.

Not sorry for her though, she is constantly spouting tripe and a real piece of work.

They say "candlesticks" were a direct result from the trading methods of ADVFN's RL!

Ive not come across chancer6 before but Lord Santafe (aka Responsible Lad) has always struck me as an above average stock picker. Certainly in the shares Ive known about. The Chinese even study his trades.

Quite unbelievable - we have "Lord" Santafe, whose track record is so crushingly bad over a number of years that on his own thread he's be parading the fact that he's gone bankrupt (and is now probably in breach of the law by using his poor old Mum to buy shares on his behalf and on his advice), allied to serial loser Chancre6, the one-man-stroke-woman curse of the investing community, the "Jonah the Nautical Nightmare" (of Beano fame, © Ken Reid, 1958) of all penny stock investors, both telling the world that the suspension of the shares because the NOMAD has quit is somehow a good thing.

Come on Chancre6, scratch that itchy scab and confess to the world that your track record (LNX, MGP, PARO) is almost unique and quite outstanding - cripplingly bad and lossmaking, but so extreme that you have to look on in horrified disbelief.

It was the directors that kicked out Ann Ong Lay (Weststar Ventures). He's the biggest shareholder (by a mile) so he's getting his own back! The other directors have very samll shareholdings.

how much cash do they have, no-one knows. You are guessing based on old figures. Why do the shareholders want the 2 directors out, what have they been up to. Why did their NOMAD run for the door? why do they need to find a new NOMAD, and if their last NOMAD left why would another NOMAD want to touch them?

Who said anything about a bid for the remainder of the stock? they are asking the directors to quit and the shares are suspended until they get a new NOMAD cos the last one done the off!

It was a dead cert and didn't need a GCSE in Maths to work out that 1.00-1.10p would be returned minimum even if all the 700K in the joint venture is written off.

No one would listen to buy these under 0.5p, apart from roughly Chancer, Hugepants and my mum. It just goes to proove that most of ADVFN's over a million subscribers still do not know what a real bargain is, IMHO.

is it a million? You have no idea what has been going on there over the last 5 months and why the directors were requested to stand down. Are they chucking money away?, lots of un-answered questions. Seems very drastic lol. No need to ramp anymore, no-one can buy them.

You can be honest now lol, try it.

Imo 1p would be absolute minimum as I kept re-iterating...higher will be most welcomed. I'll be waiting for my big payout even at 1p.

I do not think we will get nothing, if no news in the 30 days, since Ong Ann Lay owns 44%, and will make sure he gets him and us paid out, from the pot of over a million.
I will be be expecting at least 1p back, and I am delighted the shareholders have now got rid of most of the cash burn, saving at least 50K per future month.
