Level 2. Good to see FTC ticking up a touch on almost every buy. Currently cheap at the ask of 26.5p, although only 10k showing at that, with a further 35k showing from mm's at an average ask of 27.28p.

The second FTC show that we are on the way to PanGord's 2016 forecast of 3.52p eps, this one will speedo to 40p ....as it's been the case previously.

13-11-2014 Panmure Gordon, House broker have them down as a hold for eps of 3.52p for year to May 2016. When evidence of the company being on track for that eps number it will be too late to go to the party.

Whatever the signs are, they will be showing long before then.

Wireless seems to be moving forwards...uncertainty over Broadband sales - partly due to exports to Russia. If they can avoid a cash call this may be a good buying opportunity at 20p...but I would need further clarity before investing more.

In that case,may have to replace "straight management" too. F.D. (I think maybe M.D.) told me all ok,only about 3 months ago,and that they were expecting a contribution from a new team they had just hired which should add a £1 million to next years p and l.
If the Panmure Gordon figs are right,something appears to be seriously wrong,management appears to have made a mistake,been over optimistic or something else.

21-7-14 PanGord - HOLD- 2014 eps (-0.27p) and 2015 +1.08p.

15p should be the max current share price and that's being kind....remember there is 97m shrs here....lol

This stock is starting to bark like a dog.
Fundamentals seem to be ok.No debt.Straight management.Their clients have cash and need to upgrade.All should be tickety-boo?
Anyone know what's wrong here?

I'm fully expecting a token purchase by the directors.

However I still think this share is only worth 10-12p. By the time sales are expected to increase in the second half of 2015 history might repeat itself with Filtronic whereby cheaper Asian competitors take their expected business by undercutting them.

One wonders whether they need a placing to see it through to profitability.

Been adding here. Last issue of Techinvest reckons a substantial amount of 4G/LTE work should still come their way. "The current weakness in the shares is therefore a buying opportunity"
