Posted at 16/4/2024 21:51 by vraetorian Based on the voting instructions, it looks like Flutter intends to buy back their own shares from the market, once approved.As well as making the change to the London Listing from Premium to Standard.. as we were all made aware from Press releases in 2023. Great news for shareholders regarding that Buy Back - Seems like a solid foundation will form at $175(Flut:NYSE) Maybe some future news on a Dividend will be made public too... (Fingers crossed) |
Posted at 12/4/2024 15:40 by foreverfore Leaving aside fundamentals noted such as tax increase, the difference in beat between FLTR and DK could be because there is a one year period coming up where FLTR is about to be drooped from Euro indexes (not having LSE as primary) and a wait period before it is on US indexes. Frustrating |

Posted at 28/9/2023 17:45 by vraetorian Curious to know if any Canadians here have reached out to their investment advisors regarding how the additional US listing will affect their FLTR shares currently held on the London Stock Exchange?(I understand most banks in Canada don't trade on the London Exchange, so I'm curious how they will proceed here) Q:: Will they be sold on the london stock exchange, then transferred to the US? (Incurring a capital gain tax for the year?) Or Will they continue being held on the London Stock Exchange until the Primary listings is moved? Any info would be greatly appreciated, otherwise, I'll report back once I've setup a meeting with an Advisor. |

Posted at 08/8/2023 16:30 by coxsmn Yes and fanduel expected to announce an ebitda profit (not a DK adjusted ebitda profit).Assuming fanduel is in profit then would hope the overall business is making enough money already to re-instate the dividend early. |

When that is reduced to 1-2 times, they said they will review the dividend policy.The DK CEO Robins said in their earnings call that it was the 2018-21 states where they were making money. He also said a number of times that with all the enhancements they have been making to their product in the last 12 months, they expect to have the best product in the market for H2 23.
