I wonder why we have had no interim accounts since the June 2009 ones released in Sept 2009, surely we should be getting quarterly updates at the least.

It would be good to know what they are actually with the cash they have and not that they are paying themselves nice salaries and doing nothing for it.

well, 5 days to go until the end of the month and i am guessing they arent going to be getting the money. I really hope they come out with a more definitive statement this time. I would still like to know what other opportunities they are pursuing.

Also last year we got unaudited results in April for the year end 31-Dec 2009, but this year we have had nothing and the last release on financials was in Sept 2009

ouch, not looking good

I hope they are not pinning everything on this US$1.5M and are looking at ways to utilise the rest of the cash they have, provided they havent already spent it

Interesting that they talk about legal address, they must be thinking about a worst case scenario if Narang fails to cough up.

Whilst the Board has reserved all rights in relation to Fieldbury's ability to
seek legal redress, it has agreed to grant an extension for payment, on the
basis of the representations made by Mr Narang to the Board.

Lets hope they have really put up the interest charges on the outstanding amount now that it is not going to be settled till end of May....!! Amazing how these big boys look after each other eh !!!

ah well ..check on the 30th May if they have paid ....!!!

I feel that someone is taking the p@ss, I am also concerned that they are still stating the cash holding at 31-Dec 2009 and not more recently.

Yes, strange that there has been no announcement, I would email them only for the fear I may possibly be prodding them to deliver bad news.

I think I'll wait for now.

If it isnt paid this time, I wonder if they will extend it again or pursue through the courts.
The annoying thing is that they now how likely they are to collect the debt, but rather than be honest about it, keep quiet.

Outsourcer, I am thinking the same. I feel that good news may have been out already. They may try to 'bury' it with an after market announcement.

Either way I shall hold and see what comes of it.
