16/6/2010 19:08 | Haven't been watching FFA for a while but still see we have a falling share price and more selling......At least these sells are going to a nice Irish home...ION???? A share price of 17p is now a million miles away......ION could buy the whole company with an average share price around 12p if they want to get FFA on the cheap. | bugs bunny
24/5/2010 10:14 | Info on ION in PTS. Patsystems plc "the Company" Notice of Share Dealing Patsystems was advised on 21 May 2010 that ION Trading Ireland Limited purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Patsystems. Following these purchases ION Trading's total interest in Patsystems now amounts to 54,851,191 ordinary shares representing approximately 29.45% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of 186,232,673. | bugs bunny
21/5/2010 15:20 | Poor old FFA another set of results followed by a falling share price .....Mr T and Co never fail to Disappoint. There alot of, Now really "P"ed off Investors who will take 10/12p offer....We had 15/17p in mind.....If I was ION, I would put in an offer now and get FFA on the cheap because we want out. | bugs bunny
21/5/2010 15:17 | FFA or FFS ? | site manager
20/5/2010 15:32 | Thats the Question.....ION must have some sort of map for the 2 companies having invested millions in both PTS and FFA. | bugs bunny
20/5/2010 13:50 | Does anybody think ION might get value out of this by getting PTS & FFA to merge ? | site manager
20/5/2010 12:02 | Good point SM......However there are another 75% who are holders in FFA.....PTS have payed a DIVI with ION holding 29% It all part and parcel of running a Profitable business....You share out that Profit through a Divi. The results now being read carefully and not going down too well with a falling share price and more selling after opening up a .25 | bugs bunny
20/5/2010 11:42 | Bugs/VT, Not sure I would pay a divi either if I were them. Remember 25% of it would go to ION, giving them just a little bit more money to buy you with. Surprised we have not seen much volume today. Regs, SM. | site manager
20/5/2010 11:32 | Hi VT Good results??????? No Divi.....The Divi was our Red line. We have been here for 6yrs and some longer and No return. | bugs bunny
20/5/2010 10:30 | No dividend, but positive outlook for the future. Lets hope they can make headway sooner rather than later, or a bid comes forward at a reasonable level. VT | venture traveller

18/5/2010 11:39 | Looks like the buy order we've had over the last few weeks has gone and now the MM's are reluctant to take on stock and we are now seeing the share price move down ahead of the results.......It look as if FFA advisers have no idea to deal with what's going on and how to get the share price up and stay up. If no Divi announced in this set of results....I think we will see FFA taken over later this year and not for the muted 17p. There alot of angry small private holders out there and with No Divi that will attract more to who ever launches a bid for FFA. I have spoken too many holders and we have just over 10% of the company between us and we all back a bid. | bugs bunny

17/5/2010 12:07 | Looking back over recent RNS's, the company seems to be on track with upbeat statements. They are still winning new clients to their SaaS products. If the upcoming results were worse than expected, we would be seeing a lot more selling than we are at the moment. IMO hold | venture traveller
17/5/2010 10:53 | Not a good start to the week when we have results coming out....More shares for ION to pick cheaply at the end of the week LOL. | bugs bunny
30/4/2010 14:03 | Lets hope all these share trades that are and have been going through market are beginnings of the end game game and hopefully we will see a bid within the next 4 weeks. | bugs bunny
29/4/2010 09:58 | LOL......A welcome rise so far. | bugs bunny
29/4/2010 09:46 | come on! next stop 8.75666 in a couple of years | wh1spa
20/4/2010 09:18 | I presume the price is dripping down because of the lack of an offer. Similar situation with INGG, with which I am also a holder. These things seem to drag on and on. Parties involved must be negotiating hard, or deciding not to bother. Does anyone know if we can find out for sure? | venture traveller
