Notification of Change of Auditor

Ferrexpo announces that, following the completion of a formal audit tender process conducted in accordance with the relevant requirements and led by the Company's Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Deloitte LLP as the Company's auditor for the financial year commencing 1 January 2017. This appointment remains subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held in May 2017. The Company's current auditor, Ernst & Young LLP, will conduct the audit for the year ending 31 December 2016.

The Board of Ferrexpo extends its appreciation and thanks to Ernst & Young LLP for their contribution since Ferrexpo's IPO in 2007, and looks forward to working with Deloitte.
