The FFWD twitter feed always appeared to be a bit haphazard. Some of the Investee Companies are much better at keeping their twitter feeds regularly updated. I'm not sure why Moon Active has a twitter account either.

So what happened to the FFWD twitter feed? The last tweet was 10 weeks ago. Seems like it's been abandoned now. Always better to get the news via RNS I suppose!

Huiyin Adds $60 Million to Blockchain Startup Fund

Two months after it first announced a $20m fund that would focus exclusively on bitcoin and blockchain startups, Huiyin Blockchain Venture is doubling down on its commitment.

The China-based investment firm, a subsidiary of investment conglomerate Huiyin Group, revealed to CoinDesk that the fund has now collected a total of $80m, which will be placed strategically into startups.

A representative for the firm indicated that Huiyin Blockchain Venture is now considering investments in companies looking for seed-stage and Series A and B investments, with a wide focus on the companies that would be considered.

Huiyin Blockchain Venture president James Wo told CoinDesk:

"Our parent company believes blockchain use cases, infrastructure and exchanges are all important, and we’re going to select great projects from those three areas."

Wo also indicated that the fund may not further grow for some time, as it could take up to two years to allocate to selected startups.

To date, Huiyin Blockchain Venture has invested mainly in bitcoin startups, including the Amazon e-commerce platform Purse, Indian bitcoin exchange Unocoin and the bitcoin micropayments platform SatoshiPay.

Still, Wo suggested more investments would be forthcoming, and that some of the deals from the company could be sizeable.

"We will speed up soon," he predicted.

SatoshiPay - FFWD invested Euros159,986 in September 2015 which is now valued at Euros500,140, an increase of 212.5%.

Factom - FFWD invested $400,000 in October 2015 which is now valued at $1,092,000. I make that an increase of 273%.

Schoold - the impending takeover valuation will be revealed sometime within the next few weeks.

Another 40,260 for me - now defo have too many of these but keep being tempted at these levels. must be due an update on LEAP soon and a nice implied increase in value at Fatcom. NAV gradually ticking up

Nice to see some new investors posting here today.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why Leap Gaming is promoting Apex Signals on a daily basis? I can't quite see what the tie-up is there, unless as someone suggested it's in connection with Leap Gaming's forthcoming IPO.

Probably got a good price under rafboy as it's 10k. Looking like the 30k's at a premium and therefore showing as buys. Maybe they're running out of stock at these low levels now.
