15/1/2016 12:34 | OBH: You are referring to Chatham Bay, Union Is. for a spot of R&R for the crew? K | katoema
15/1/2016 11:22 | Hi, does anyone know if the Eirik Raude is on its way to Chatham yet? | oil beef hooked
14/1/2016 17:31 | "By Grabthar's hammer, by the Sons of Warvan, you shall be avenged!" ―Dr. Lazarus ......sorry for the O/T....but Alan Rickman too? <:'( | agnabeya
14/1/2016 12:57 | ngms, i think its possible we'll have another drill this year. its known they had been looking in the States at more suited rigs, think though a lot depends on the rhea results, if it comes in nbl will want to appraise, what better than a joint deal with a go at isobel, even more so if nbl take on some of the share at isobel too. | efagie
14/1/2016 11:15 | They won't redrill until FID and production drilling commences IMHO, far more cost effective that way. RKH will want to keep Isobel quiet for now until they are in a stronger position as the BOD wont want a cheap TO | ngms27
14/1/2016 11:10 | Ngms27.....you are probably right....but if equipment hire stays low cost, it might be prudent go get some appraisals in before the POO rises again. Whenever that is. | agnabeya
14/1/2016 09:13 | No chance of anymore drilling, after Chatham is over for 2 to 3 years for RKH and PMO | ngms27
14/1/2016 09:00 | Efagie....true...I didn't even notice that. I was concentrating on the talk of extension. They are just guessing...although it would be nice if an extension of some sort were to happen. Don't think any DSTs have been done? With all the delays and problems...somehow it wil feel unfinished if they leave right away. Maybe we'll get lucky and have a bidding war for a takeover. After all these years, I'd like to get out in profit without waiting until 2020. | agnabeya
14/1/2016 00:23 | Bit if a job to take notice of something given their lack of research agna. "On Nov. 21, 2015, the 14/20 Isobel 2 well was spudded by Premier Oil using the Eirik Raude semisub. It was the last well for the rig." Its not even the last well for pmo/rkh because of chatham next, let alone rhea for noble. | efagie
13/1/2016 23:11 | Aries, well done. Looks like the guy in the Morrisons apron has just been for some Pic'n'Mix. | walter ego
13/1/2016 21:59 | Efagie......I'm rather surprised by PMO. Didn't think they were as sly as this. Hidden 'talents'. Thought this was interesting....but only if we got an extension at quarter the going rate.....to make up for the delays. Or maybe not......bring the OG back. I look across the Forth each morning and there she is. :) | agnabeya
13/1/2016 19:17 | Thank you Walter Ego. | imperial3
13/1/2016 18:44 | Hahah, Walter. Here is the first image. Below is is picture taken last month at the Garden City Mall in Nairobi. The place is barely a year old, all shiny and new. And look who was a prominent place there. | ariesr
13/1/2016 18:34 | agna. "Premier appear to have done a great job on the contractors and the preferred companies have been selected and the remaining awards will be made in Q1 2016." PMO have done a great job in shafting the FIG and RKH/fogl in delaying even more so as to line their own pockets, aka this deal that looks to be going through. Meanwhile the normal timelines for FID is what, 2 years? while this will be seven.. | efagie
13/1/2016 16:09 | Everytime i look at RKH/FOGL Ashes to Ashes, goes through my head | mr hangman
13/1/2016 15:52 | well well well pardon the pun....as predicted.....maybe all our dreams will suffice as rockhoppers rns states ....at last oil production. ha ....i knew i was right ....all along. a waiting game with end result benefits and i definately see an oil price rise when final production eventually arrives. wow....4 years on top of the already 18 thats gotta be a record in waiting for a dream to come true and a record in faith and trust. " whilst your up there say hello to mr phipps for me david wont you " happy new year ...a sigh of relief at a time of sadness and grief. bandit. | oilbandit
13/1/2016 15:44 | Taken from Oil Voice site. Rockhopper Exploration It has been a busy few weeks at Rockhopper what with the FOGL acquisition, the Isobel discovery and now the Sea Lion update. A lot has been going on at Sea Lion and with the Pre-FEED now completed and awarded to SBM offshore FID is targeted for mid 2017 and first oil in 2020. Premier appear to have done a great job on the contractors and the preferred companies have been selected and the remaining awards will be made in Q1 2016. There is no doubt that huge cost efficiencies have been made and materially enhanced the economics of the project. Having got to this stage of the development at this time in the cycle it is difficult to think of many international projects of this size that will be able to take such advantage of lower costs. | agnabeya
13/1/2016 15:20 | Looks like the ship is finally turning here. GLA. | stevebrrr
13/1/2016 15:15 | imperial3 33417 If RKH still issues share certificates in paper form you will receive one. However, they may have elected to go "uncertificated" and so you will receive an explanatory letter/statement giving full details of your holding and what to do with them. | walter ego
13/1/2016 13:26 | Thank you, appreciate the replies. | denpot
13/1/2016 13:24 | I hold in certificated form.Will I likewise receive RKH certificates? | imperial3
13/1/2016 13:24 | You will get 0.2993 RKH shares for each FOGL share. The switch due to take place next week, I believe. Peter | greyingsurfer
13/1/2016 13:23 | Denpot, your 7500 FOGL shares will automatically become 2244 RKH shares. | walter ego |
